I think periods are just a physiological cycle !!! Then what’s to hide about them !!! I share about this to my brother and father that I’m in periods today I can’t do any household or pooja!! Even why can’t pooja ??? That’s also a question!! As it’s just a physiological cycle …it’s just a blood which is lined in our uterus to make space for a baby to grow but if matting doesn’t happen it shades !! It’s just that !!! Our body also has blood but we go to pooja then why this blood is called to be impure ?? I want genuine answer

Earlier in the ancient times it was said so to women to not go to temples and perform religious practices during their menstrual cycles but all this was said not to prohibit women from going to such places rather it was said so that the women get some rest and not walk or do a lot of physical exercise as it needs much more energy and therefore makes you tired. But with time as in other scenarios also such things became myths and superstitions.. as we have started discriminating women and made and excuse that all the blood we shed is impure first of all there’s no scientific reason defending this senseless argument rather the endometrium the tissue richly supplied with blood is there for the nourishment of the baby and protect by it providing it a cushioning. Secondly if it is impure then each person on this planet is impure as we all once spent those 9months in our mother’s womb deriving our nutrition from that same blood.. just stating facts! also do you think that god will not accept your true self? And that goddesses also did not have periods? And all above that he will not love you for breaking such senseless norms” if you want the change be the change” hum toh Uss religion ko belong krte hain Jahan we women have some mythical powers in us of both Lakshmi and the fierce Kali remember raktabeer ka sang Har Kane who Kali hi thi jissne khoon ka ek bhi katra Sameer pe na girne Diya and she was the only one joh teen Lok on par Bharti thi she had the powers to destroy and vanish this universe… so all these scriptures teach us the powers we women possess and will forever do. Even though my brother was only in 7th standard and he saw the pad and asked me what’s that ? I sat next to him and gave him all the knowledge about what’s the period is ! I made him understand the whole cycle as I was 3 years older then him , I have studied this cycle in science , and hasne wali baat to ye he k that time even teachers used to skip this topic 😒😅 I mean how narrow minded and immature are them !!!!!!!
