While I will agree this video doesn't really exemplify the range he has, but as someone else said don't judge just based on this video, this is just from one match(it seems).

Micah is current the setter for the Azimut Modena (Italian Volleyball team) which Ivan is also part of. Pretty much this is the team he is part of until a world tournament where he may return to Team USA.
