Which Variety of Wheat is better for Bread /Rotti (Chopatti) | Crop Reformer

More than 2 dozen varieties of wheat crop are planted in Pakistan. All are approved on the basis of their better protein contents. Anaj 2017 is considered as the best for bread / chopati purpose. Among the prevailing varieties Akbar 2019, Zincol 2016 and Nawab 2021 are considered as better due to being rich in zinc contents. We have not only highlighted about the best varieties for bread/chopati purpose but the guidelines of increasing protein contents have also been discussed in this video.
