    Chatni dekh k mume pani a gaya.patatha k sath to mast.muri bengolis ko bohut pasand hai.jalmuri bana ye only chanachur or payaj k sath bohut acha evening snacks.bohut log milk or sugar dal k khate hai

    Working with yeast is tricky. Glad you got it right in first time. Hydration is key for a softer bread and better crumb. Thoda hard to handle hoga dough but it will be worth it 😊

    Love your videos specially love your smile and the way you talk positively. For sprouts, the best technique I follow is after soaking overnight, drain all the water then put it in tea towel and tie up tightly. I use cotton hand kerchief. Sprouts will come out quickly. Hope this is useful. Keep doing these videos.

    Suchi, I too had a hard luck with sprouts. Finally succeeded with one easy method. Soak the grains and drain off the water well. Then transfer them into a hot pack / casserole. Leave it closed in a warm place (I prefer to preheat oven and switch off then leave the hot pack in it). You can leave it for 2-3 days until you get the length you want. No need to change water. It’s hassle free! Do give it a try!

    Wow so big may be 100rs in Indian currency even I don't mind to spend on fruits even if it expensive in seasons as we may not get chance to taste may be few months back i bought kesar mango 2kilos for 400rs it was very sweet worth eating but now not getting that my children relished and that's more impt for me

    Di sprouts ke liye moong ko garam pani me 12 hrs bhigoke rakho or uske baad cotton ke cloth me bandh kr bartan ke niche dhakake rakho...2 days me aa jayega

    I made the sweet and sour mango chutney last week turned out divine..
    I make sprouts it in a cloth and always make sure the cloth is wet throughout not drenched though. I place the cloth-covered moong beans in a bowl with a lid and let them rest in the oven, they sprout within 2-3days max. I make sure to wet the cloth every day. I usually make sprouts in a big batch and then once done place them freezer in Ziploc bags. It's definitely easier to sprout in summers. I hope this method works for you.

    Hi, I use sprouts maker bought from amazon, the sprouts come up so well within a day or two😀.. see if u find one online. Also I love watching your vlogs, they are so refreshing and spread so much positivity.. appreciate ur efforts👏

    Soak the beans overnight and in the morning simply drain the water and wash it clean and just leave it in any pot and cover with a lid and leave it anywhere u like. It will start sprouting in a day or two. For preventing bad smell wash it every day and if possible keep it in a pot with holes or simply leave a little space for air to pass. I always follow this method and have never failed even in January here in Toronto.

    Love the chutney...we also.make it. I think we all wait for mango season. Is that Mango for 10 dollars !!!🤔🤔 Yes we also eat moori with chai and here we call it laai.     anuj must have paid 10-15 dollars for the mangoes in the grocery store.i love jhal muri or bhel puri .u can prepare mango rice with kacha mango it tastes very good.

    Hi Suchi omg so big mango 👍 Suchi bhege hue sprouts ko ek straner me rakho and put a small cloth or a napkin on it and keep for approx 8 hrs may be this will work jaise chane ki 6hrs bhigoya fir straner me strain karo and cover with napkin and leave it for 8 to 12 hrs. Summers me jaldi sprouts hote hai and winters me it takes time try this

    Sprout niklna ho to pani se nikalne ke bad moong ko sukhe towel par atlise 30 min rakho use sara water nikl jayega or bad me dabeme rakh ke uspe sukha koi bhi cottan clothe dhak do then dabbe ko tite band karde. sprouts mast ayege .tary karo.sorry for my writing may be kuch nahi samj aye to

    I wasn't able to sprouts the dal properly until I tried someone's way of doing it. I made moth sprouts.
    Soaked them in boiling hot water overnight. Rinsed in the morning and kept a spoon of water in them and covered with lid which was left open a little bit and kept the container on my kitchen shelf for that day and night and next day washed and kept them in fridge.
    It was easy and I could do it finally.

    Murmure ko ghee me tadka laga kar sekna the test is awesome.and I also sare some tips to kadhi leave for longtime. Kadi leaves ko jab shop se leke avto uske sare leave strain se nikalke wash karkee dray karlo ache se then ek glass bowle me daldo and 1 tablespoon ghee dal do or usko microwave me 30 second ke liye rakho then nikalke phir se thoda hath se mix karke agien 30 second karo or then nikalke thode time bahar rakh ke usko glass ke har me rakh ke refrigerator me rakhdo ..vo green hi rahe he or test mast deta hai tray karna.i sare a pic on instagram.
