- Buju Banton started his career as Dancehall Rudeboy and recorded spectacular success at the start of the 1990s. But a series of tragedies led him down the path to becoming an introspective Rastafarian icon and Roots Reggae Icon

I'll keep listening to Gargamel till I'M laid to rest! I was listening in his Dancehall days, buying Buju mixtapes from hip hop shops. but once he made Till Shiloh, I was a fan for life 🇬🇳
One of my favorite albums of all time. Thank you for focusing on the positive !
@@gregoryspevack2263 Blessings mon ✌️ Positive or nothing
My fondness for buju runs deep....❤
Cheers for this creation
Blessings ✌️
I enjoyed this thanks. I never knew he was rocked by tragedies of close friends being cut down. I am a roots reggae guy but I must say I could listen to hills and valleys anytime. Much talent Much respect
Til Shiloh is one of my favorite reggae albums of all time. Untold Stories, Not An Easy Road, Complaint, & Wanna Be Loved are my favorites on the album
I must say Buju came into picture for me only after 'till Shiloh, the hardcore dancehall tunes were a thing of bashments. What I really enjoy is the jams he put out once he was set free. The Country for sale is relevant in so many countries not just inna Jamdown. Also, Blessed is a tune I enjoy on regular basis. I hope for more righteous fyah and fresh tunes from the legend :) Thanks yet again for your work :) *JAH* Bless ❤💛💚RasTafarI!❤💛💚

Is dude out of the clink yet?
I've said before, I am a fan of your content. This was well done. i interviewed Buju right before Shiloh dropped and had a good spiritual conversation with him. I had to cut big chunks because of video copyright and blocks, but here it is ( th-cam.com/video/yMyDGJ5TCU8/w-d-xo.html ) He is still one of my favorite artists.
Wow 🔥🔥 Thanks a lot. Will check out the video 🎉
I was such a fan of the early Buju, I didn't understand or like it when Til Shiloh dropped. And Voice Of Jamaica before was so strong. But since then I've changed my mind, and I get to listen again and appreciate. In fact, there's nothing now I like more than a fresh youth voice on a vintage roots riddim. Speaking of which, what do you think about the late Jah Lil tune, Warn Yuh? th-cam.com/video/ZX84IQXOZmk/w-d-xo.html
Hot tune 🔥 His flow and lyricism is simply brilliant
No album from Jamaica since Til Shiloh has touched it, not from Buju, not from anyone.
Sizzla The real thing !
