there’s a base game stall you can get from the gallery because they added one during the sims sessions event. you can’t get it from the actual game anymore but people uploaded it to the gallery
To access debug on PS4 the lot has to be in generic, then in the chair icon go to generic>generic objects and you'll have all the debug objects unlocked
