I inserted my new Prepaid T Mobile Sim Card into my 'unlocked' iPhone XR and it goes to the "Hello" screen and then will get stuck at "Sim Card Not Supported". Apple support tried trouble shooting it too and they couldn't figure it out.

I can’t do the cellular bit (mobile data here in Uk) as it’s nit showing.) mobile data icon is greyed out on the phone and is just constantly searching. I did have this option briefly after updating iOS and it recognised sim missing when I popped it out but now it’s not doing that either. So I can’t turn network on off or reset network settings as I can’t access any ideas ?!
