The story about Gordon was great. I remember listening to a similar story from a London Underground worker who came across an older guy working along the line with an old tilly lamp early one morning before the trains started. They chatted for a while. It turned out the guy had been killed by a train years earlier while working on that line.
When I was a kid the neighbor lady across the street was treated poorly kind of by the other neighbor kids. They called her a witch because she was very introverted. I made friends with her immediately after that. She waved to me every day while she watered her flowers and tended to her garden. One day she waved to me like she always did. A couple hours later I see people all dressed up going into her house. I ask if she was having a party. They told me it was her funeral and she had been dead a few days.😢 I never saw her again after that. Now I live just a couple houses down from hers.
Aww, that first story about Gorden was really sweet. He sounds like a nice, friendly ghost. I'd totally have gone back at least once a week just to have a chat with him and give him some company. Probably gets lonley down there in the basement.
1:01:24 #15 This one hit my heart. My husband died from an accidental overdose dose after being clean for ten years. He had a relapse after his Dad died. That anger comes in every now n then. I remember the first time I heard him talk me like that. I was sitting at his funeral staring at his casket thinking how am I going to go on without him? How will I raise our kids? At the time I wasn’t even crying, I was just spaced out. All the sudden I heard him as if he was sitting in front of me. I saw his face, tears streaming down his cheeks and he said “Sam I’m so sorry.” I could feel his words and it was so overwhelming I lost it. My heart goes out to you whoever you are from the story.
The paranormal ones are the BEST. Thanks Joel! I always freak myself out listening to the ghost stories late at night. I can’t help it, these vids are sooo addicting
Our last home back in Kansas had spirits. It was built sometime in the late 1800’s. They never bothered us we would just see shadow figures, occasional cold spots, light touches, orbs or noises. They were pleasant roommates who I was sad to say goodbye to. Our son n his family moved in after we left so I hope they are okay with the resident spirits. 🙏🏻💖
You’re the GOAT. The dog story got me as I couldn’t imagine losing my dog like that. I believe his dog unfortunately passed away during the time it was missing and came back for a final goodbye. To the person who wrote that, don’t be embarrassed and it doesn’t sound crazy at all.

My mother used to work in a dry cleaners shop, she would be down in a cellar doing steam pressing of clothes. It was a large big room, one day, she felt a thump on her back, she jumped and turned around….. there was no explanation for it. But about 2 hours later, she had a phone call saying my dad was in hospital, after having an accident at work, at the same time my mum got the thump on the back. I think they were close… 😊😊

I’ve got some cute ghost stories for you! 1) after my cat Dianna passed away (heart problems) she was seen romping playfully out of the laundry room with her adopted son right behind her… Diana came back to check on us… 2) Dianna’s adopted son, Trigger, loved the bell on his caller. After he disappeared, my mom and I heard HIS bell, but he wasn’t there… we later found his caller in the hot tub, with the bell mangled so it would never ring again… 3) had another cat, Gorge, who loved to sit under the detached garage… went missing and at least a year later, I saw him sitting under the the detached garage, blinked and he was gone… 4) after our oldest cat, HER name was Jeffrie, passed, I was dancing in my bedroom… blurry shadow looking thing darted out from under my bed the exact same way that Jeffreie always did so I’m convinced it was her coming back to check on her family…
These stories were sooo good, every single one of them. The one about the black lab made me sad. If he said he saw his beagle, I believe him. It sounds like he may have seen the ghost of the dog (maybe she had just passed away, wherever she was, and wanted to say goodbye?) Idk. The one about Hilda meeting her son was sad but sweet at the same time. The one about the 'alien ghost" was absolutely bizarre. Seeing one is hard to believe, but both?!? I can see why he wrote into Reddit on a throwaway account. The one about the little girl thinking that she called her grandad 3 times was fascinating. I'm still trying to figure that one out. The story about the woman having a baby and seeing a man in white happened to me during my first C-section. It was my mom. In white. She just watched me smiling. The story of Hilda, Claude, Joanie and the nurse brings back memories of working with my patients. There's too many to list but I've witnessed a lot close to that story and it is true their family or friends come to get them in the end and they always seem to look up to the left hand corner of the ceiling before passing, talking to their loved ones. The nursing field can be a very strange but ultimately heart warming, wonderful experience no matter which area you practice in. Loved that story, it made me tear up.

Hello all, sounds like Gordon is lonely down there and enjoys the company of others from time to time... I'm guessing most folks who come in contact with Gordon don't stick around and converse... I hope the guy went back down and talked with Gordon... I wonder if those that have passed know that they are dead and are afraid to cross over?? I can't help but wonder why u would wanna stay in that in between place rather than move on to your next life,??
"Devil you know..." maybe? Maybe it's more comfortable to stay in the familiar. Maybe you get a chance to pass on right when you die, but if you don't take it, you have to wait for another opportunity, somehow. Right? I would have gone back just to talk with him and give him some company. He sounds like a lovely ghost. I mean how many times do you run across a super friendly ghost who just wants to chat?
The story about the woman giving birth. I had a emergency C-section and I was so scared that I was hyperventilating. My fiance was beside me but I then saw my great grandmother and she was smiling at me. When they took my daughter I didn't hear her crying and then when my grandmother walked over to my daughter and looked down that's when I heard her crying. My great grandmother passed away a week before I found out I was pregnant. I then heard from the doctors that she had her cord wrapped around her neck. I like to think my great grandmother was there to see her first great great granddaughter and to make sure she was safe.
I have several paranormal stories in my parentshouse, but my most recent story was elsewhere. I was on my walk to my night shift job, and I was walking along a path on a field. Ahead of me (around 50 feet away) was a hill. I was going to head up the hill. I saw a lad (around 12-13) coming down the hill on his bike, get off his bike, and I turning away while I coughed for literally a second, and he was gone when I looked back. There was nowhere for him to go as I would have seen him crossing the field, and he didn't have time to go back up the hill. I walked past that area and saw no sign of him or his bike. I walked the long way to work for the next few days, but I haven't seen anything since then.
@cassandrav4358, first of all, I'm not crazy. I was strolling through the comments and missing my twin because our birthday is coming up (July 1st) We were so close and felt each other's pains and finished each other's sentences. It's been over 30 years since he gained his wings. Anyway strolling..and a voice said stop. Click on her picture. I started Ballin my eyes out. It was conformation from my twin. See your nickname is C money. Check out my nickname my twin gave me. ❤
The story of Hilda from Midland/Odessa. The way she talked about her "son" coming to get her, that usually happens. My wife works at a nursing home would tell me of residents who would talk like that before passing away. Or they will see children that are not there.
Thank you for making these videos. They get me through my school days. I feel focused and the days are faster aswell you have no idea how much these stories mean to me thank you so much keep up the work lots of love ❤❤

My #1. Always such a relief when you post
The alzheimers story was touching.I had a similar experience .
The story about Gordon made me sad, he seems lonely 😢
My mf boy 😭 finally had the balls to hear paranormal stories tonight, you posted paranormal tonight 🤞🏼
I had a necklace that belong to her and I wear it every day and plan to pass it down to my daughter.
This warmed my heart
@@lanamarie500 I miss my great grandma and my fiance knew how close I was to her.
I always love paranormal horror stories. Definitely a believer, and my own family has also had some pretty freaky experiences as well.
Ditto😈👍👍
Thank you❤❤❤
I have several paranormal stories in my parentshouse, but my most recent story was elsewhere.
I love the thumbnail for this one!
@cassandrav4358, first of all, I'm not crazy. I was strolling through the comments and missing my
twin because our birthday is coming up (July 1st) We were so close and felt each other's pains and finished each other's sentences. It's been over 30 years since he gained his wings. Anyway strolling..and a voice said stop. Click on her picture. I started Ballin my eyes out. It was conformation from my twin. See your nickname is C money. Check out my nickname my twin gave me. ❤
P.S. Your 1st comment on another story is "Missed ya last night. Hope everything is ok" That was our tagline.😢😢
This was just amazing. Well done!
MY FAVE GENRE THANK YOU!!!!
Just in time for my nap, thank you dearest Joel
Love Love Love your Let’s Read.
I've listened to all of your videos they help me sleep since Im stuck living with a stressful/narcissistic/ controlling mother in law and a gf of 7 years who's pretty much always on her mommy's side on everything she's always right im wrong so your videos give me a chance to escape from reality. (I don't have anybody else or any where else to go so am stuck in hell) thank you Joel for the much needed escape that isnt drugs or a costly vacation
Dude, in all honesty, just leave. Anywhere else would be better.
What all does she do? My mom was in a similar situation with her mother in law back in the day.
They're ALL SISTERS KID! GOOD LUCK!!
Make your plan, save some money and leave. Your life will be better and you'll be happier and less resentful.
Paranormal is always your best work. 👌
I came across your channel this morning and really like your content and style of narration . Having had some paranormal experiences of my own I really enjoyed this episode . Keep up the great work !! . 👍👍 from Baltimore , Maryland 👻
send in your experiences! maybe they'll get featured!
OMG! 34:09 you just described a experience i had about eight years ago, except it was standing right at my bedside, I gasped so hard that my chest hurt the rest of day, and it reacted by raising it's arms and taking a step back to the right, which it turned then just faded out of view, like a hologram having it's power turned down and then off
Paranormal stories are the best and joel is the cherry on top!
