Thank you for the review! I would love to see your review on The Surge handrims. They are the best I've tried to date. The only issue is the gription is limited to a small section at the top of the rim. However they are narrow allowing me to fit through smaller doorways.
Hi Jeff, I have not tried ribgrips, but heard mixed reviews. A high level tetra friend says they are fantastic, while another friend also a tetra but strong and active said they're no good in the rain and he found the ribs break easily. As for the pushblax, i mostly use Grippitz gloves so my hands are fine, as for wearing down the rubber on the rims i've not had that happen yet and think i'm a fairly active chair user. Have you spoken to pushblax about it? I tried contacting them a while ago but didn't get a reply. I wish carbolife made a round rim, their rubber is amazing, but the shape is uncomfortable for me
I agree that the Push Blax are very good push rims. However, I have noticed two cons. One, being that my hands are always black and I constantly find black dust on my clothing. Have you noticed this? The other con is durability. I am currently needing to replace my second pair in 3 years because the material has worn down to the metal. I am thinking of trying a different type instead of sticking with the Push Blax. Have you tested any others? I was thinking of trying Rib Grips but haven't seen or read many reviews. Thanks!
hi, i have noticed a little bit of the black stuff on my gloves, but nothing that serious. Also i've never worn out a pair of rims, that's pretty impressive! I would contact pushblax and see what they say, i think they have different rims don't they? I havn't tried ribgrips, but i'm not too keen, something about them collecting dirt etc puts me off, but they seem to work for some ppl. Ifyou have good grip, i really recommend those wooden rims, they feel so nice!
not usually, though it depends on what kind of push rims and wheels you have. Usually, you have to remove the tyre and inner tube to access the nuts and bolts

Hi can handgrips be removed without having to take the wheel out?
