Edited: Since wife owned property, she can given them a month to move withou going thru court, eviction notice not required. Below earlier statement is wrong. Few errors with story: cannot move people from unit without going thru court and cannot put things in storage. Sheriff office move things out after court order for eviction.
As much right as she had when he was pushing her out. In a divorce one spouse could keep ownership of their home and push out the other. Besides, she owned it, it wasn't a rental.
