Lumaki ako diyan sa Angeles. Hangga ngayon i still remember yang palengke na yan. Ang sarap ng pork tocino diyan and also iyong iniinom na gulaman with coconut milk ay ang sarap at saka malamig.
Hindi talaga nauubusan ng mga paninda, isda, gulay, karne...sagana ang Pinas...kahit saan palengke puno ng mga paninda. God Blesses us.

Why they dont speak on their own venacular ! In Cebu they communicate in visayan language and love it!

I don't think I would enjoy myself there - watching a woman cutting the fins and tail off a fish, then stripping out its guts while it was still alive. Plus, the heat, the stench and the possibility of bacterial infection would prevent me from buying any of the fish or meat. No wonder that people go to the market early in the morning. By lunchtime it must be a paradise for food-poisoning causing bacteria. I'm sure that in time, people become able to fight off such infections, but it's not exactly hygienic is it.
It is Fresh Market. Not Frozen Market.

Wala talaga asenso ang phpilinas look oh. pati palengke especially mga food mga nangagsampay lang o naka hang lang. ang pagkain ng tao dapat maayos na presentableng lagayan. juice ku po. ka level lang talaga ng mga mahihirap na bansa sa asia tulad ng vietnam cambodia thai. ang style ng market. look oh! very unpleasant
