Wait how can you guys go to Japan few times a year ? I’m from USA and when this year in March to Japan but I was told or inform once your visa for Japan expired u have to wait a whole year to re apply again, how can I go again this and how that works, if I want to go next month in the same year
I'm back in Japan for my 6th visit in the new year. Its kind of addictive, its one of the few places where I think you can truly relax and switch your brain off. No scammers (beside Tokyo's Kabuki-cho and Roppongi at night), people are helpful and everything is easy and relatively affordable if you are coming from a wealthy country. You can go out at night, eat and drink too much, get a taxi home and know that nothing bad will happen.
Back in Japan, back with bambi, autumn - I think you'll reach the 100k this week easily. Everyone notices how you are more happy relaxed and enjoying yourseld in Japan. Looking forward to a long series! Im also going in early 2025

I’m a Japanese college student and I'm really enjoying your videos. You seem to be confused about the vending machines in Japan not having hot coffee, so I'm commenting for the first time on TH-cam. It's really not a big deal. All vending machines in Japan have a label above the button that says "つめた〜い" or "あったか〜い". The former means "cold", and the latter means "hot". But you can identify those easier by the label's color. The blue label means cold, and the red one means hot. And this is something you have to know : You can basically never find a hot drink when it's hot outside.

About Suica on vending machine, you need to hold your phone to the reader until it beeps. It’s not as quick as station gates. It takes a little bit longer to read IC.
One of the best photos I have ever shot was in Shinjuku. Place was crazy on a Friday night. I would love to go back to Japan. You should do some hiking out in the rural areas if you’re into that.

I think they'll continue to the PH from Japan, unless he goes back Nov to vote in the USA. Long distance relationships are hard. I think he can buy an apartment in BGC, he loves the area. and they can move in to get things more serious.
I have the same Addiction issue with Japan too. Zane ! Although I'm originally from Tokyo but recently going back there a lot and stay Ginza area and love all the foods in Ginza area ( not talking about super expensive places there are a lot of reasonable places to eat in ginza especially at lunch time and hightly recommend to go on the weekend because they close the road for cars and night time is beautiful too ) so I know exactly how you feel after traveling to Japan. Fall is the best season in Japan... but it still feels like summer in October this year... Crazy! Winter in Japan is also pretty. We get more snow than any other country in the world actually. The Japanese Alps covered with snow looks absolutely beautiful.
It's a fantastic season for visiting Japan! If you're planning a trip to the Kansai area, you've got to check out Kobe city. The Nunobiki Harb Garden is an absolute must, and if you love nature, hiking Mt. Rokko is the perfect activity. It's so cool that I don't see other foreign TH-camrs shooting videos there!
Japan is definitely addictive. It causes depression-like symptoms after returning home that don't go away until you get back to Japan. The reason is that they experience culture shock in a good way.
I believe the reason your payment didn’t go through at the vending machine is because the part of your iPhone you touched was not the correct area. When using payment services like Suica or ICOCA, it's easier to succeed if you place the area near the iPhone's camera over the reader.
Japan is amazing. Went solo for a few weeks last year. Had the best time. Im going back again tomorrow. Will be meeting up with my cousin. Will be doing one week in tokyo with a few days in south korea.

I spent almost three weeks there this past September. Stayed in Shinjuku, but also visited the countryside, and a friend from there drove us as high up Mt. Fuji as you can drive, along with visiting Shibuya, Harajuku, etc. Had a great time and saw some of my musician friends play in Tokyo. The weather was always beautiful- but very hot. No 'rainy season' effect, sunny almost the entire time. People were great, and having friends there certainly helped too. My close 'go to' convenience store of choice was 'Family Mart'. They have these little addictive crispy chicken white meat things that are delicious, and everyone I met (from other places), loved them too. Got to jam at a friend's club (see Yabori Koitchi to see some of his great guitar playing at his club with mutual friend, famous drummer Senri Kawaguchi) and I was delighted to be asked to jam, on only my second day there! During my last week there, I already started missing Tokyo, knowing that I would have to go home soon!

Oh wow, I happened to be visiting Tokyo at this time as well! It was surprising how hot it still was in Japan, but thankfully the humidity you get in the summer was gone so it was bearable.
I am going for the 4th time in November. And I never return to the same country twice. Japan is something special!

You can travel only to 90 Days and not more than 180 Days in a period of 12 months

The machines that he was trying to use didn’t accept Suica card. Not all of them do.

In Japan, vending machines allow you to make a payment by touching your card and then pressing the button for the item. Enjoy your trip in Japan 🇯🇵
