From my personal experience, things like combat sports(boxing), cold approach, and nofap definitely helped me improve, but the book Celestial Soulmate by Lentlish was one of the most helpful! It taught me a whole new way of thinking about women and relationships, helping me become more confident and attractive.
If what you've been doing up to now hasn't worked, you will have to try doing things differently. Maybe even doing the complete 'opposite' of what you usually do. Like the thing about 'dominance'. This was something that wasn't me at all ! All through my twenties i didn't get any attention from women ! When i reached my thirties i tried different approaches and behaviour and came to the same conclusions explained here. I found it worked for me, but i had to put effort into it and practice until it became 'natural'. Some men might not like the idea of 'change', but i grew to like my different personality when i could see it working !
Yes, what to say and do at a first meeting is very important. In the past, i thought i did well at this; they seemed happy about meeting me ( which i thought was a good thing ) but the next time i saw them ( just around somewhere ) they seemed distant, and wanted to avoid me, and i didn't know why ! One reason i thought of was they might mention this encounter with a 'strange man' to friends/family who then put negative thoughts in her head ? Also, i used to not be very direct at a first meeting ( not asking her out or getting her number etc.) and this could be seen as 'rejecting' her ? or even be seen as a 'sneaky' way of gaining her confidence ( it looks like you're just being 'friendly' at the time, when you have other ideas on your mind. I used to think it was a good thing to 'go slowly' and 'build a relationship over time' etc., but i often didn't get any further !)
No.....never ever if you want to keep her, cry in front of her. Never show weakness. NEVER CRY !
Does he say to cry?
@JaredDeinlein I don't think so but opening up about things can make you cry. Just never do it, unless you want to break up.
@JaredDeinlein did it once, she cheated three days later.
