You don’t need to watch the first 2 to enjoy season 3. Prior to season 3, Isak is a supporting character and Even doesn’t even exist in Skam world until season 3. All you need to know about the first two seasons is that Isak’s female friends suspect that he might be gay, but he is securely in the closet. Season 3 is sooooo good, the boys are just beautiful together.
Skam season 3 was great, but if you saw one version, no need to watch the others. They are almost word-for-word exactly the same, just different actors and languages.
might have to disagree. The storyline is similar but it comes with its own nuances and acting abilities. I think what any other version you can get your hands on would only be a benefit. They are masterpieces in their own right.

Yes, it could. And I highly recommend the remakes (Druck - Germany, Wfock - Belgium, Skam France and Skam Italia)
