It took me day one for my look alike and the 2nd added mii (C) to become a couple. And today (which I think was 4 days after I bought the game) she and him got married.
Also I'm not sure if it's random or not but my look alike started the relationship but C was the one to ask to marry her. I was so worried because he was just like "yeah, ok" when she asked him first. But even their love rating is at 96%
