Another tip here: You don't need elastic to make this mask. Cut an old tee shirt or similar stretch knit fabric into strips. Pull them so they "curl" and then cut to size. Way more comfy than elastic. You can also make longer strips if you want a tie mask. Pull longer strips through and then cut to size.

I also agree with some of the other commenters this pattern would most likely need to be sized up by 1/2 an inch or so for a man. 👌
