I'm guessing you are asking about the roaming build and not support? This is my default build that I tend to run:
      gw2skills.net/editor/?PaFBsqxjlNw2YpMRWLO2WnxWA-D2IY14/UiTBEpEIThQviAF+BIAh73C9TbAA-w
There's quite a lot of flex stuff that you can mess around with.
-The only util I would never drop is Shadowstep. Otherwise see what fits best for you. I like Well of Bounty and Blinding Powder because I consider them to be the most versatile when playing both solo and with others, but Thief has a lot of good options.
-I'm still uncertain about Sigil of Earth on the scepter. I like it for a cover condi but I think there are a lot of other choices you can make. I think I saw the build on metabattle take hydro sigil, which I don't like at all because it will reveal you easily.
-There are other good options for relics. Demon Queen is great. Chrono is good and gets even better the more wells you take. I noticed there are some weird inconsistencies for trigger timing when you use on-elite relics which made them feel a little less reliable.

@@ZaShaloc Yeah! the roaming one. Thanks
I've recently started roaming with Specter, but as a duo, so i tend to build more towards support.
On that note, i have noticed that running shadow arts is a big dps loss and not compensated with that much of big healing and survivability. I'm guessing when you say support build is the one using SA.
For me it's the same util skills, tho i try using the dazing well a lil more than shadowstep in zerg/gvg (running sup build)
But yeah, thanks, i was actually looking for a strong recomendation on Shadow Arts vs Deadly Arts, and obiously runes, sigils and relic, and your build and video helped me a lot!

@@AlfajorDeArroz Yeah I agree that taking SA over DA is a really big dps loss. It just doesn't feel like it has much killing power, and it borderline feels superfluous in terms of sustain because you already have plenty of sustain without it from stealth access, Specter traits, Specter shroud, and cele gear. If I am playing smallscale dps/support with other roamers I definitely do prefer DA, but SA on a full dedicated support is quite nice because it has a nice gameplay loop if you are blasting stealth for allies a lot. Even Acro is nice too if all you are trying to do is spam Sc/P 3 on people because of the almost effortless initiative flow from the Upper Hand buff from last patch.
I'm glad it helped! Feel free to ask any other questions. I'm by no means a pro at the class but I spend a lot of time playing it and enjoy it a lot, so am happy to talk about it any time.

@@ZaShaloc How about the support one?

@@kjzs Hello, I believe in this vid I was running this:
      gw2skills.net/editor/?PawAsqVlhyWZpsKWLeMXXRfA-DSJYjR3fpEUEkZIUdRleCo7zgQIau/ZuAYLtvZBA-e
Lately though, I have been running this:
      gw2skills.net/editor/?PawAsqVlhyWZpMRWLmeXXRfA-DSJYjR3fxEUBkZI0bEUdQleC47zgQIa+5Yp9hNA-e
After they buffed Acrobatics, the grandmaster trait gives you a LOT of initiative, so if you primary goal is just giving people barrier and quickness, I think the Acrobatics variant is better. However, the SA build is overall more balanced; brings some cleanse and quite a lot more healing. It encourages you to more frequently stealth your allies since you get so much benefit from it (from both SA traits and Panaku's Ambition trait). Lately I have been running Acro and am a little bit partial to it because barrier is so OP.
You can swap utilities around as you wish. I would say they aren't set in stone. I'd have trouble ever dropping Well of Bounty, but I personally think the resistance is super useful for the wells. Seal Area is good if you can fit it into a build. Blinding Powder is the best stunbreak to take because it is so versatile for both yourself and allies. Shadow Refuge is good but I can never find room for it in a build. If I am supporting pugs and/or reliable stability uptime, I will always take Shadowstep, Well of Bounty, and Blinding Powder.
Relics are pretty versatile too. Herald is a safe one if you want more quickness uptime for your allies. Karakosa is good for SA variants because you are already using stealth blasting as a normal part of your rotation. Unseen Invasion is kinda niche but cool if you are stealthing a lot too. Chronomancer is very good if you aren't getting quickness from your scepter 3 spam.
Some of the traits are flex. Feel free to ask if you have any questions!
