I really like your translation. You don't pull any punches, I mean yeah sure pekora didn't exactly say fuck in Japanese but it's pretty much the same, it gets the point across better. Well, it's a thin line because you need to know much more about japan culture to translate like this, in a way it's not just translating language, but translating culture too. I do hope you actually know what you're doing because I really liked it.
I don't translate professionally and have no interest in doing so. But I'm bilingual and probably old enough to be the father of most hololive fans. I started the channel because I got tired of sending clips to friends and then correcting the translations in the clips.

I know Pekora’s not exactly cursing in Japanese but it’s still fun to imagine it.
Curses are always tricky to translate since it's almost never 1:1. In English we assign more power to words than the context in which they are spoken, but in Japanese this is reversed. My litmus test is whether or not I would keep the same script if I reverse translated it. If I can answer yes then I translate it that way. Pekora has a pretty filthy mouth, other clippers are being very generous to her lol.

@@r3b0x91 I don't want to get too in-depth in a TH-cam comment, but context is king in Japanese. e.g. who is speaking to whom, what is the power dynamic between the two, what is the situation. You could say a perfectly ordinary phrase in Japanese but it could come off as essentially cursing depending on the context. Japanese also has a way of conjugating ordinary words and essentially turning them into swears. So rather than add 'fucking' to a sentence where it kinda just dangles there, you could turn an ordinary verb into the equivalent of adding 'fucking' to it.

What's a half-body bath and why would it kill you? Is it very hot?
An half-body bath is just those baths you see in spas, and the problem is that if you stay in hot water (even if it's not that high) for too long, the blood pressure decreases substantly and so, like Pekora, you'd black out. If the pressure stays that low for too much time, the heart to pump the same amount of blood has to beat really fast, so that could lead even to a cardiac arrest and then obviously death.
A good way to increase blood pressure is to eat liquorice, it helped a lot in my experience
