I believe this video was redone by YMCK because it used assets from the Genesis game Marvel Land.

At 46 seconds in that video you can see the amusement park that's at 1:24 in the YMCK video. Also at 3:08 in that video you can see the same type of red bricks that are at 24 seconds in the YMCK video (and other places), and there are more sprites used from Marvel Land in other places as well.
This whole video is basically an homage to Marvel Land, look at the coaster level shown at 6:22 to see the inspiration for the music video!
