So after watching Game of Thrones, Hades is Khal Drogo, Frollo is Khal Moro from season 6, Queen of Hearts is Daenerys speaking Valyrian, Helga/Cornelia is Daenerys speaking Dothraki I think. Clayton is Grey Worm. Bill Sykes is an old Mereenese slave, the Evil Queen is Melisandre and both Cruella and Mim are both the khal widow from season 6.

She had no name in the movie and the original fairy tale. She was called Grimhilde in the original graphic novel version.
