You can do this from the SharePoint Admin center under Access Control > Network Location.

@@franciscomorenoreina1944 Ah I see. I know of no way you can do that. You may want to consider using Entitlement Management instead. It won't do it via IP address but you can grant access to SharePoint sites with Access Packages

I would always suggest having more than one source of study for any exam. In addition to my videos, I would recommend going through the MS learning path too on learn.microsoft.com. They are free and are very good..
