Because is new to her and only has show it with the new squad, nor Anis nor Neon, all the people concerned and thinking Rapi's is becoming over possesive are just exagerating, she had never showed her feelings, nor has she expressed too much to others, the fact that she just recently lost her Master and friend and is still learning how to act like this is a sign of moving from her original stiff character to a more expressive, which is development for her, just like the commander is acting more reckless than before, if You don't have this arcs for the characters they become stale, IF this keeps like this for the next chapters and never adress it then it will be a bad behaivour but until then you are just seeing a charcter transcition, let it be, not everything needs to be rushed and suddenly Rapi knows how to be assertive just from Red Hoods advices.
@@ardoenra6176 Red Hood isn't responsible for anything Rapi does. It's Rapi's own fault that she's letting Red Hood's influence manifest in the wrong way, imo. Hopefully Commander addresses it when he does find out, if ever.
