I love so many things about this. "Let him go", August's face, the victory music, Simon's cute little fists, the four of them driving to the unknown, the FREEDOM. The emotions when i first watched it 😭 PRICELESS

I absolutely love how happy Wilhelm is in the last shot, like truly, truly happy. Probably never been happier in his life before, because he's free AND he's got Simon, he can finally be himself. Just such a joy to watch
The tears in Simon’s eyes is what got me crying! Omar Rudberg the actor that you are! To think this show was his acting debut. What a talented man he is 👏👏👏
I'm in my fifties and this is the best show I have ever seen. My hubby thinks I have gone loopy as I keep binge watching it all again and again ❤ I can't praise it enough. And as an older woman! It has changed my life ❤🎉❤

Honestly, this series is wonderful, yes??? I'm fangirling and giggling so much it's crazy! 😅
But, really, I thought it's SO mature of Simon to say "man, I love you, but you have to take care of yourself, so we both don't keep hurting, and I just can't see how I can help you". Like, who would have been this brave to end it at 16-17 years old?? I know, this is fictional drama, in real life most young people are ridden by anxiety and inferiority complex, and would probably not be this clear on what should be done like Simon here. And that Wille *gets* it is so good, too.
I think the biggest take away from this show is the quote "Love should not be this difficult". It's so true! To all the young people out there - it's true! Don't listen to anyone who tells you that love is pain. It's not OK if it hurts. Watch out for your feelings and take care of yourself as if you are your own best friend.

The tears falling down Simon's cheeks like "I finally have my boo". No more limits or hiding or acting this way or that way. They all can finally just be! Them Felice and Sara. Free from the traumas and reputations and standards. free to be and do whatever as they drive off to wherever the sky ends. Beautiful heartwarming relieving ending!! Young Royals Forever!!💜👑

So, I was just thinking: I would kinda love to see this scene from Saras and Felices POV. I just imagine them watching through the rearview mirror, being anxious and hopeful while Wille and Simon are talking and then just screaming and celebrating along with all of us, when they finally hug 💜💜💜. Also, just them having a cute and funny conversation about how long they're gonna give those two before getting out of the car and interrupting their moment 😂💜.
What a great ending to the series. The four of them driving down the road with a world of possibilities in their future, free from the baggage they all carried.
The PERFECT ending to one of the BEST drama series,ever,on TV; that it attracted a worldwide following is a credit to EVERYONE involved. As an older member of the community, it gave me back the chance to experience a love story that was utterly missing from my youth. Handled with such respect & dignity, whilst given life by not just the two extraordinarily competent leads,but,every actor in the cast. In retrospect,I think this series will be seen for what it was a beautiful love story,where the sexuality of the characters,though central to the plot,were also incidental to the overall story.
That it engendered such emotional investment from so many diverse viewers just proves that an excellent story,beautifully produced & presented is going tomwin every time over cynical story were politics comes before art.
I hope it wins multiple awards,with possibly a shared best actor prize for both Edvin Ryding - a young actor,who just goes from strength to strength AND the utterly mesmerising first ever performance from Omar Rudberg,whom if it hadn't been publicised everywhere, gave one of the finest first performances,ever.
In the current world, where so very much is hopeless & depressing, thank you for giving,three exemplary seasons, that literally had viewers hoping & guessing to the above final scene, that I believe was watched,through tears of joy.1❤️💯💥👊👏👏👏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've watched this many, many times and every time I tear up. I feel like I know them. We've watched them grow and mature for 3 seasons and it's so easy to relate to them. When I was that age there was no way we could be open and out about a relationship like that. So glad they showed what is possible today. Bravo Netflix!!

I just finished watching the last episode and when I tell you I‘m f*cking crying!!!
This is the most perfect ending I could have imagined. Like for everyone. Sarah and Felice reunited. Wille and Simon back together. Stella and Frederika finally together. And August got what he wanted all the time. Just it‘s not his dream anymore. Everyone important has forgiven him but he still got to learn his lesson. And although it‘s sad I‘m glad Sarah didn‘t get back together with him.
And I love how you can see the realization kick in that August will take Wille‘s place.

Bon Ok, Young Royals c'est une bluette une peu irréelle, mais c'est sympa aussi de voir des histoires qui se terminent bien parfois, les deux comédiens sont touchants et talentueux, alors pourquoi bouder son plaisir.... Si ça peut faire évoluer un peu le monde c'est toujours bien! :)

@@AllianceP Mais je dois reconnaitre que le 1er cri, presque déchirant, de Wilhem courant derrière la voiture m'a noué le ventre, comme on dit...effet scénique très réussi! D'autant qu'à la moitié de ce dernier épisode on s'acheminait quand même vers une triste fin, c'était mal barré leur histoire ... Merci pour le compliment sur le Français, mais je ne dois quand même pas être le seul, lol!
