Oh yum!! I make a rum version which always goes down a treat, so am keen to try this. My trick is I whip the rum into the marscapone and also add a slug to the coffee mix 😊
I don't think I'd be able to sleep knowing that's in the fridge over night... so I'd definitely have to do a Nigella & sneak downstairs ever-so-quietly when everybody else is fast asleep, take out a bowl, hum a little tune to drown out the creaking cupboard door, then spoon out some of the creamy, dreamy Baileys dessert, then sit back & savour the taste of the delicious baileys cheesecake! Then deny it ever happened in the morning!... Must've been the dog 🐶
