Thanks David, I just bought a home in Parrish Florida with you. Thanks to your knowledge and knowing our requirements, we were able to get the home of our dreams. We have a 80' frontage on a huge pond lot in the back, with the same water view in the front. We have only beautiful vegetation on the opposite side of the pond, no other homes to look at. I only have the street in front, my office that looks over the water just like my master and pool in the back. So the front of the house also fronts the water! We are the only lot with front and rear water views around in any development! Very lucky to get it, the market is real hot. Let David find you the home of your dreams. Do you know of any creative lending companies to get pre-qualified with down there? I'm self employed with 825+ credit score and good finances, but it's always been a challenge to get qualified due to being S.E. and having an LLC. I'm very familiar with the Bradenton/Parish area, and like that it's a little bit away from all the hustle/bustle, but only a short drive to all the good beaches and restaurants. Thank you.

OMG THESE PRICES ARE SO CHEAP! You can't get anything below CAD $1.9 mln for a new home and $1.3 plus for an old 50 year old home outside of Vancouver BC. A new 1500 sqft townhome goes for over a million. It's ridiculous.

I was watching your video on the new committees it’s amazing how Fl is growing and getting expensive, I pray by the time I get there the prices will be a little lower. I’m looking in Riverview, lake wood ranch. I will have my 14 & my 18 year old with me looking for good school’s for theme. I pray I will be alive to meet you & your lovely wife for dinner. My dream is to move to Fl and have you as my realtor so I can by a beautiful home. My builder preference is home by Westbay I like the way they build there homes, I’m looking at Bayshore 1 or 2 which ever one I can afford. Absolutely! It does get a little cold some days in the winter, but it's more than usable all year round.
