    I am really impressed with both you and MG for the relationship that you've built together that allows you to do the reviews and "A week with ..." videos. I genuinely think that your work, and their support, has had a material impact leading to the rising popularity of the MG cars over the last couple of years, particularly the EVs.

      I was once approached outside one of the local supermarkets by someone who had bought an MG5 EV (which he pointed to in the car park) after having seen one of my videos. I am not the only channel which puts these newer MGs to the test and has an influence on buyers, yet remaining independent (I don't get paid to say anything), but I think it all has an effect.

    I think these have come a long way and look nicer than ever.

      They certainly are very good now, and this is definitely the best petrol version. Last month, the ZS was the fifth best-selling car in the UK!

    I have the 1.5. A 2023 march the 10 same colour and it's still a nice car I recommend these if you have a back problem. Not the best on fuel but they are a big car. I am so glad I changed from my crossland x to the mg zs. Beautiful

      I am surprised that they are still selling the 1.5, actually, but I suppose it keeps the costs down when the price of new cars is so much more than when the ZS was launched in 2017, when the base model only cost £12,500!

    The engine looks so compact in the ZS Sir, and I do like a 3 cylinder Engine.
    The only thing I am not keen on is the infotainment system, it just looks like a tablet, but suppose this is the way things are going. Again the colour sets the car off and with the panoramic roof it looks a very airy cabin.

      Yes, infotainment systems are very much going that way, and the three cylinder engine is very smooth and revvy. This is one of my favourite colours on the ZS, the other being silver.

    Really enjoyed this 2 part, a week with the ZS. Pretty impressive mpg on the combined and motorway drive . Nice one. 👍

      Thank you ever so much indeed, Antonio! Glad you enjoyed it. If you look in the description below, you will find a lot of other MG ZS videos on the channel that you may be interested in...

      Hi Joseph, I forgot to ask previously but did you use E10 petrol in this review?

    • @lloydvehicleconsulting
      @lloydvehicleconsulting  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@antoniozollino4845 , it would be a waste to use super unleaded in a car like this.

    • @antoniozollino4845

      @@lloydvehicleconsulting I was just curious Joseph as you managed a healthy mpg return in your week with the MG as there seems to be a lot of bad press about the new E10 fuel at the moment. 👍

    • @lloydvehicleconsulting
      @lloydvehicleconsulting  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@antoniozollino4845 , I have done many videos about E10 on the channel. I run my 2003 Rover 45 V6 on it without any issues at all. By law, any car sold in this country since 2011 has to be able to run on E10 fuel without any problems, and a lot made before then are perfectly fine on it as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use it in most cars made post 1999, with one or two exceptions.

    MG Safety Fast.
    I believe that were this ZS available in Ascot Green with a beige leather interior, then . . . . . . 🤔🤔👌👌

    What is the other car you keep mentioning in the video?

    • @lloydvehicleconsulting

      I can't remember exactly as it was a long time ago now, and haven't watched this video for a while, but it may be the SsangYong Tivoli.

    I have a much bigger Raleigh touring bike that goes in the back of my MG3 without taking wheels off or bending handle bars 👍🏻😀

      Well, we owned an MG3 for three years, never tried putting a bicycle into the back of it, though....

    These mg zs's seem nice and clean on the interior not over done with to much going on, it's the same outside , helps keep the price down I suppose, it makes them look light, slick. Nice rover alex , nice to meet you.

    • @lloydvehicleconsulting
      @lloydvehicleconsulting  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, the sales figures for November 2021 show that the MG ZS was the fifth best-selling car in this country, and the design inside and out is pleasingly unfussy for a modern car, although a lot of people don't like the touchscreens, of course! The Rover review went up on the channel this morning.
