Golden words sir! Vidyasagar sir is one of underrated and underutilized Composers of TFM. What he said about the Mellisai Mannar is absolutely true. He composed for all the upcoming generations of people. My late great-grandfather who born in 1905 who loved MSV's compositions(his one of the favorite songs of MSV is Kadhalika Neramillai), my late grandfather who born in 1935 also a big fan of MSV sir(his one of favorite songs of MSV is Malligai En Mannan), my dad who born in 1965 is a big fan of MSV(his one of the most favorite songs of MSV is Naalam Naalam Thirunaalam) and me who born in 1995 is also a big fan of MSV (one of my most favorite songs of MSV is Naalai Indha Vellai). One composer who is the most favorite for four generations of people. That's MSV. We love you MSV sir ❤️

Both MSV sir and Vidhyasagar sir are very simple and great musicians. The government has not given even a single Padmasri award to great person.
Thank you Mr. Vidyasagar for the beautiful words about Mellisai Mannar. He paved the way for all the future composers. Those people who thinks MSV belongs to 60s era have not listened to his compositions properly. He has done plenty of innovative works. He has used many complex raagas, talas and techniques. He never bragged about himself and his extraordinary works. That's why many of the current generation people are not aware of what he has done. It's such a shame that he was not properly recognized by our government. One day there will be lessons based on his compositions for music learners. Music was his language. Humility was his crown. Thank you Maestro MSV.
