OH MY GOSH THE IF HE HAD BEEN WITH ME PART WAS SO TRUE. I only felt sad at the end because they had just gotten together but the writing was not for me and it was also boring because I literally knew he was gonna die. Everyone was surprised but it was so obvious from chapter 1? Don’t even get me started on the lunch war and the tiara.

I never read that book, but most 18 yo are not that mature and act pretty childish. And I don’t think there’s an age for girls to enjoy "fairy princess tiaras", she could still wear them at 35 and it would be fine.

I don’t really get the hype for the cruel prince book, I forced myself to finish the first book and read halfway through the second. It just seemed like it was all world building, there was never really much of a plot or a lot of character development or chemistry between any characters. Can anyone explain why it’s “so good”?

i loved the "I Hunt Killers" series by Barry Lyga in middle school!! not sure if it aged well, but its also a YA murder mystery vibe about a kid whose dad was a serial killer. its soooo good!

It’s not a competition babe! I studied English Lit at uni but have always been a “slow” reader. Now that I’m just reading for pleasure rather than coursework and have a job, I probably finish 6 books a year max, and often less! As long as you’re getting something out of it, who cares!

A crown of oathes and curses is soooo good! There's no romance to it, but it reallllyyy sets it up for book 2 and it's coming out next month on May 19th!!
I loved this! If you enjoy romantasy, I highly recommend the Bridge Kingdom series! My favorite series of 2023 🫶🏼 Also Throne in the Dark is super cute as well 🥰
