We were in Troon 2 weeks ago. We played Royal Troon in 20mph wind with gusts of 35mph. Not to bad going out with the wind behind but but when we turned for home, by jove it was hard!!. Love watching you and the lads videos
Love it. I was fortunate to play this course in July and absolutely loved it. I asked a caddie if he had any tips to play it and he said avoid the bunkers! While I am no where near your ability I do feel a wee bit better that it can spank good players as well as average players. Keep these reviews coming.
Excellent set of videos from Matt and yourself. While I seriously doubt I'll ever get to play Royal Troon, being from across the pond myself, Videos of pros getting spanked by tough links courses like Royal Troon is very entertaining to watch. If I ever win the lottery I'll be sure to spend a summer in Scotland getting spanked by all the great courses there.

Beautiful course at Royal Troon. I would have liked to seen your reaction after the 18 green when you realized you missed a stroke and didn't stay in the 70's. Can't wait to see your next video. Hopefully you will do more in the future with Matt as well as Rick and Peter.

What a course, great video. Just a side note - played my first 18 holes in about 2 years, been playing 9 to practice, and never broke 100. Well I shot a 93 and got 4 Pars which is a PB. Thanks for the coaching videos

I absolutely love Troon I was playing the darley municipal course on Monday 20 mph wind really tough the Troon municipal course’s are top notch. Play them often only a 35-40 minute drive from Glasgow and into the pavilion chippie for a fish tea heaven
I always think that playing a real golf course like that is like looking down a par 3 with water and 180 yards of carry and protecting against hitting it in water. It's so hard to play normally. Love it though.
Come to the Skillest app for a lesson and then i'll tell you EXACTLY WHY YOU pull the ball. But a generic pull video could cover grip, posture, swing path, release pattern, ball position. I don't know why YOU pull the ball

Hardest hole in open history? that was Troon pr, Carnoustie probably has about 10 more difficult holes , remember the Open there a few years ago, 10m landing areas and thick rough! Crap with a lower back stiffness, same here, stretch every day
Club Pro in Sweden, so with brexit and everything not worth sending anything, my sister sent my daughter some cadbury chocolate the customs was more than the cost 😂. Be careful with the back, anything straining the lower back to be avoided, situps not allowed, was out for 3 weeks there ,then lowering my golf bag into the car it popped, chiropractors maybe can help, stretching, keeping active, Keep up the good work. Should of come down the coast a few miles to play my local course at Girvan . I always finish over par 😂.
