@@rjacks3284 yeah groups who dont have 15+ grinders in their groups have to do the grinding themself and are burned out. structure and goals wont change that.
its not entirely server fault, server provide people with a purpose to keep play and not to grind, but some people ego make them wanna be the first at anything by grinding non stop which make the other people follow it in order to keep up.
if they make it easy to get something, it may not make people burn out but still they will leave as soon as they done try it.
idk i feel like a lot of new people either scared or too lazy to make an arc or story, they just log in, talk to friends and thats it

G6 until thats full. Then weed selling if they have a turf even. Most do not still. This is the order gangs do since weeks ago. Unless hq has stuff. Server has so much t o offer but either scuff, pays little, or is boring. All these things req to be alone min and they do it alone no rp nada. i keep still seeing few ppl push weed for 6+ hrs a day in a corner next to nothing lol.
