I had to get information from you. When pressing on the button in our Analog input signal 5 volt, the drive should not be turned on first. Analog input should be 0 volt then run on drive. Please tell if there is any parameter
Had a building with over 200 ABB drives from 5 to 200 HP. all motors above 40 HP were 18 pulse. Found ABB to be slower then the slowest boat from China to get accurate information. Took me several back & forth emails over two weeks for morons to tell me how to find DC Buss voltage. Thought I would need a top security clearance to get thus one simple answer. At that time we had no books on drives. Another time wanted to know why they have expensive 13" exhaust fans running 24/7 on chiller pump 200 HP drives that do not run all winter but they liked to turn & try all pumps at least once a month. Told the clown that better company Danfoss have a thermostat to turn fans on.Worst tech support around!
