I didn’t like Incin for a long time, but once I started building and experimenting with teams, Incin is irreplaceable. The bulk in Def and HP is crazy, fire and dark typing with Intimidate. Fake out pressure with Parting Shot as a phasing move is incredible. It fits on any team, rain or sun!
That crazy especially since there was 2 yrs without worlds. He would prolly be 5 time if not for the shutdown

I just mashed through these games using attacks. Rarely applied strategy with adjusting attacks/defense stats. But now working on the tera raid fights, I see how deep these games go.
I liked it when charizard said its charizarding time and proceeded to charizard all over the non-charizards
I usually skim these.. and jump to he final battle.. but that was worth the Full Watch through! Very interesting! Wow I Love Pokemon Now! 😅❤️

I’ve never watched the VGC before. How come the matches end even though both sides had Pokémon? I thought it was all 6 to be knocked out?
VGC is a 4 on 4 double battle. They each have to pick 4 of their 6 Pokemon to use each battle
As for the match end, you have the option to surrender when choosing commands
In VGC competitions you have a team of 6 Pokémon to choose from, but you only bring 4 to each battle
For VGC format you choose 4 out of your 6 Pokemon. So based on your opponent’s team, you can choose which pokemon to bring accordingly
3 pokemon knocked out; only groudon was left
he surrendered instead of waiting for the full hp rillaboom to one shot him next turn
Edit: OK so I forgot about Groudon's protect. I guess they both had to predict what the other would do and Guillermo won that particular read.
I know I'm late but I remember at the time being surprised by the end of game 2. Someone help me if I'd missing something.
Rillaboom uses fake out onto Incineroar which allows Groudon to take out Thundurus, drop the Rillaboom's speed and allow Incineroar to KO with flare blitz.
I expected instead a fake out to remove the Groudon, Wild Charge onto Incineroar and then Flare Blitz would KO either pokemon but would leave the other faster to take the game. Is it possible Eduardo misclicked because I don't see the benefit of using fake out on Incineroar

1) VGC was invented in gen 3, when doubles were brand new, so it was a way to show off the new mechanic
2) All abilities and moves work in doubles
3) they do not last so long

No hate towards the player, I just think it's kinda funny how they are named the same 😅 it's like you see a player named Donald Trump, there's no way people won't notice, maybe it's because Brazilians don't usually watch this kind of competition 🤔

Is crazy how limited Pokémon have become with the power creep is always rillaboom, incineroar, Zacian and regilec, honestly gamefreak needs to buff older Pokémon giving them a stats buff so they can fit in the newer gens.

That fake out , wild charge into the incenaroar was such a choke game two. He friggin had it if he just fake out the groundin and do whatever flying move you had against incen. Ezpz
