OMG, definitely broke something, unnecessary use of force, she also stated that she has disabilities. This is so sad, he continued to abuse his power over her, what in the hell is this world coming too!!!!
That is not the way to approach someone He was cursing at her and rude I believe that he caused that s*** and if they broke her arm that is uncalled for
Never Resist, Plain n Simple. It may or may not have been intentionally, if she hadn't resisted and grabbed her belongings and left as she was asked to that wouldn't have happened.
The officers were in the wrong they didn't give her time to explain her situation he was very impatient you could tell that she had some mental issues going on he could give her more time to explain herself that's why in my opinion I think that mental health workers are needed in the police department because that would have been a call that they could have handled and helped her with her situation.
Justified? It was an accident. If she left voluntarily, she could have avoided confrontation. Unfortunately, her unstable mental condition affected her judgment. I pray she received proper medical attention.
In my opinion. she was not resisting talking is not resisting this is unacceptable. They have been trained how to put someone in handcuffs and you don't break someone's arm if you do it right. just my opinion. This was excessive force.
Absolutely horrible 😢😢😢🙏🙏🙏💔
This is terrible man
That's ridiculous 😮
I agree
Both of them officers need to be charged for assault
Ima cover this on my show
Thanks. Please share link here when you do.
@ Rgr
They are in the wrong!
They didn't even have to go that route. They didn't even really try to talk to her
True

Yes I 👂🏾 the 🫰🏾. She will be getting paid.
That was a little extreme in my opinion
Mine to
Can we say lawsuit she won't be homeless anymore
Listening and doing as Officers ask would have better outcomes.
Lance go live west 2nd st in Rio Linda is looking for a suspect
Sheriff is looking for someone in the Westside area, and have a perimeter set up.
@@ramonsanchez4637 picking son up from work.
Officers were wrong they get to rough with people
That is not the way to approach someone He was cursing at her and rude I believe that he caused that s*** and if they broke her arm that is uncalled for
That’s horrible
This is excessive use of force, she is a lady not really putting up much of a fight.
It took that officer 200 - 300 PSI of force for that [Snap]

Wrong
They only want something on paper because they just broke her arm
Yep. Trying to justify use of force after the fact.
Terrible. That snap was horrible sounding.
Yes it was
This is b******* way too much Force for someone so small
😢
Arm or wrist ?
That's disgusting. Way too much force and then trying to cover their tracks. 😡
Justified? It was an accident. If she left voluntarily, she could have avoided confrontation. Unfortunately, her unstable mental condition affected her judgment.

And they still can't understand why the citizens want them gone. There was a time in my lifetime no police officer would treat a woman like that.
