Loved this one and got a lot of ideas. Unfortunately on my end there was a lot of talking over each other (may be reception on my end).

The seller’s agent works for the best interest of seller and same way the buyer’s agent works for the best interests of the buyer. Sellers should not pay for buyer’s agent commission, that should be on buyer in my opinion . Whoever wants to buy they are going to buy and pay the agent commission or a flat fee. How much hours an agent spends to close a settlement for the start by looking at 10 transactions?

I agree with most of the points you make in this video but I would not use the reasons you used as to why a seller should offer a buyer's agent commission. The recent remarks from the DOJ in the proposed Noselek settlement literally used the examples used here as a form of steering. In other words, its a way of instilling fear into sellers which the DOJ will not approve. We do not know exactly what the rules are but it is most likely the current practice of cooperative compensation is coming to an end.

The department of justice won the case. What about that fact do you not understand?

      A little harsh.

I agree but we do not know what the injunctive relief is in the Sitzer Burnett trial and the Noselek case is still in settlement negotiation due to the recent comments from the DOJ. Until we get some guidance from NAR or state regulatory entities, its pretty much business as usual.
