I know we got second place but I don't think we deserved second place we dropped way too many stunts we should have at least gotten fourth because I saw Finland and Canada's performance and They did way better than we did

They were more sharp and had an advanced level of difficulty. Dropping stunts in such a difficult routine is still better than hitting a basic, "simple" routine.
+aleeah smith apparently people don't. putting together a routine is always a battle between DOD and execution. their DOD was higher that anyone's but they didn't hit.

What other countries routine that worked together for a whole year to come up with a routine ... team usa only had a week to do. form a team and made a routine. all in 1 week. thats impressive.

No offense to other countries and teams but DAMN!! The US routines is SOOOOO much more entertaining and exciting! Like honestly some of the other teams were kinda slow and kept doing the same thing over and over. Tbh the China team that won, I tried to get into it but they just kept doing the same thing. They did well but I got bored really easily by the China/Taiwan teams routine. Hopefully next year they well have more exciting routine. As for the US, hopefully they will land these amazing stunts next year... USA level of difficulty is honestly jaw dropping!!! Disclaimer: China/Taiwan team did great and so did the others. I just think the routine of some groups could be more fun and entertaining. :D
I don't think people realize that these athletes are also on other teams and I highly doubt they have that much time to prepare and work together for worlds. So considering the time they have to prepare I say the did pretty good.
you're right...they only practice together for two weeks before worlds because they are from different cities all over the country. and still did an amazing job ♡

i'm not sure about the scoring here. I feel like USA had a higher DOD and both teams had major falls. both fell in the ending/pyramid. they had partner stunt falls. idk who should've won. neither did their best

Simple, the ICU (while claiming to be international) is based in the USA. Many of these so called "international" competitions we look at in the English western countries are based in the USA. So there will always be bias to have the USA win. Kind of how the average American claims that Americans are the smartest people in the world, but actual international education rankings and national IQ's show otherwise, because they are conducted by actual multi country unions. Which basically means that bias isn't involved anymore.

They had a lot of mistakes, but the difficulty level of this routine is insane.

After that epic ending, I noticed that their endings since 2016 were kept simple.
In my opinion, that ending could've been a lot stronger and it could've been saved. But other than that, great performance, loved the energy, go USA!
