I did cry. The show was on a par with magnificent Greek and Shakespearean tragedies. I felt aching sympathy for Walter White all the way through the show. Vince Gilligan and his cast showed how great television can be. I imagine that some humanities professor could create an entire class around this show.

This dangerous world coexists with the very world we all live in, in plain sight, nonetheless. Comprised of people we clearly see, but never look twice at. It'll be a long, long time before we see another show as good and well written as this one.

i did'nt cry at the end but there was definatly a sense of loss, strange to say that but true. this song just made it for me . i sort of identify with the character of walt, especially when he says it made him feel alive , the risk , the danger . when you spend most of your life as a respectable family man and then find out life may be ending soon , it gives you a sense of regret so why not just go for it , stop being a pussy and fight back in what ever way you desire. great series , i will watch again but not just yet ... give it time to sink in , and bryan cranston , what an actor , better than the true blood kiddies and hollywood glam boys .excellent.

@James Lucas I respect your opinion but Breaking Bad is one of the most critically acclaimed shows to ever air on television, and it's also the 4th highest rated show of all time. With the acting and the storyline together, I think it's the perfect show.
Hell no. This is one of the few really good series that actually got a proper ending end weren't artificially prolonged like Lost and many others. They've still got material in the spin offs. They're making one about Saul and they might be making one about Gustavo Fring. Mike should also have some interesting past. But Heisenberg is done.
CanIHasThisName Heisenberg is done true but keep in mind Walt worked the car wash for quite some time before he owned it and was diagnosed with cancer. So there may be a possibility of a guest appearance of Walt in the Saul Goodman spin off since it takes place before Breaking Bad. So Walt should be a teacher and car wash guy during the Saul Goodman deal.

Just finished watching this masterpiece of a series last night and I couldn’t be happier while at the same sadder that I have fully experienced what is inarguably one the greatest pieces of fiction that has ever been created
i did'nt cry at the end but there was definatly a sense of loss, strange to say that but true. this song just made it for me . i sort of identify with the character of walt, especially when he says it made him feel alive , the risk , the danger . when you spend most of your life as a respectable family man and then find out life may be ending soon , it gives you a sense of regret so why not just go for it , stop being a pussy and fight back in what ever way you desire. great series , i will watch again but not just yet ... give it time to sink in , and bryan cranston , what an actor , better than the true blood kiddies and hollywood glam boys .excellent.

Hell no. This is one of the few really good series that actually got a proper ending end weren't artificially prolonged like Lost and many others.
They've still got material in the spin offs. They're making one about Saul and they might be making one about Gustavo Fring. Mike should also have some interesting past. But Heisenberg is done.

Heisenberg is done true but keep in mind Walt worked the car wash for quite some time before he owned it and was diagnosed with cancer. So there may be a possibility of a guest appearance of Walt in the Saul Goodman spin off since it takes place before Breaking Bad. So Walt should be a teacher and car wash guy during the Saul Goodman deal.
