Wonderful information so profound. Such a wonderful proof of faith at such a difficult time in history. So special that this information comes out now in our time. Like the True Devotion which remained hidden until it would be known.
I’d like to point out a significant translation error: his soldiers thrust a dagger into the Host, “d’où soudain, sortit beaucoup de sang” when suddenly a lot of blood poured out. This was the miracle. James, a subscriber from Canada.
The second miracle in French says that when the soldier pierced the Host with a dagger suddenly blood (sang) spurt out of it. The translation missed that important miracle. Thank you for these wonderful textes and miracles!
John Travers is the first martyr of the Tudor period mentioned in Fr Dennis Murphy’s book on the Irish Martyrs ‘Our Martyrs’ discovered & republished by Damian Richardson.
I believe my colleague's mother was buried there. He's Nugent also... Any relatives in the Irish Defense Forces Rob? Iay be wrong but it's in and around the area of an event we did... JFK 50 mile charity run/walk
Back then, just as now, paper never refused ink, what a sack full of auld unadulterated superstitious nonsense, now tell us about the seven wonders of Fore, not far distant down the road from Delvin, more fairy tales to amuse the children. Small wonder the Catholic church is on its last legs, the great miracle is it has survived this far.
I just want to ask - why do we fight to renew the faith or look down on other faiths - for example Britain back in the time where Christians were forbidden. Are those who are Protestant not be congratulated on believing in God and that God is love, compassion, mercy, forgiveness? Is it not better to believe in a God than to say they are not of my Catholic faith therefore they aren’t of the same understanding or of God’s true religion or something like that? In Medjugorje when Our Lady first started appearing - Our Lady was asked by the visionaries who was the most holy in their village and she replied with the name of a woman in the village. This left them confused as the woman Our Lady said was the most holy was a Muslim lady. Our Lady smiled and continued “you asked me who is the holiest not who is the most religious”. Therefore religion and faith are different. What I’m saying is that the faith can’t evaporate or go… unless God wills it. Isn’t that faith too? Just wondering what ppls thoughts are on this.
@@thecatholicman no I wasn’t implying you were - I was asking the question while posing the perspective that our faith in God is enough to feel safe in our own religion. Why do we all have to experience God as militant and rule governed. Jesus didn’t follow the rules of the church during his life but he did talk of compassion love forgiveness and mercy. No need for hostility on your part that I can see?

Fabulous story Robert . It goes to show how sacred the Eucharist really is. Thank you for this . I feel like crying .
It really is and the text was a big wow moment for me
Fascinating story. We should revere our ancestors. God sustained them through dark times. They kept the faith.
Thanks! Didn’t know that you stand in a long line of remarkable Nugents!!🙏🙏🙏

Thanks Robert for your great work.
Praise the Lord for His wondrous grace in this miracle. Never highlighted within the Catholic Church of Westmeath/Meath dioceses
Meath diocese covers most of counties Meath and Westmeath, part of Offaly along with part of counties Longford, Louth, Dublin and Cavan.
Truly fascinating! 🙏
