OMG BREEA! Can't believe you chose Tropical Hideaway for your first ribbon!!! Sounds weird, I know, but that is my favorite place to have breakfast after a successful rope drop! No one is there that early, the atmosphere in the morning is beyonD enchanting (watching the jungle cruise boats go by) and the char siu bao gives me some much needed protein-lol (also the family companion bathroom over there is top-notch). That is some deep Disneyland 🏰🥰.
Way back, late 55 there used to be a mine train ride in frontierland. Then the frito place came along and took that ride real estate away. The rainbow tunnel from this ride remains my favorite memory of early disneyland.
I’m going to Disney land for the second time in Jan. My family and I have gone to Disney world once a year for 18 years in a row. I’m looking forward to trying something a little different .
My husband and I are celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary in 2025. Our plans? We're staying overnight at the Grand Californian (already have the reservation) and having dinner at Napa Rose (too early to reserve)! So I was thrilled to see it make Best Date Night. (We've never eaten her before and it's been a bucket list item of mine!) Happy Thanksgiving and thanks for the Disneyland video!
Ok, Disneyland has some very good restaurants so coming up with just three for my personal ribbons is pretty difficult. However, being a Disneyland local and former cast member, I think I can do this. My first ribbon will have to go to Corn Dog Castle in DCA. Not only do they have those delicious hand dipped corn dogs, but, they also have a hot link corn dog which is my go to while in Pixar Peir. Ribbon number two would have to go to the Royal Street Veranda in New Orleans Square. This is where you go to grab that yummy clam chowder or gumbo in a bread bowl. Perfect dinner on a cold night while waiting for the better version of Fantasmic. My last ribbon goes to Eidelweiss in Fantasyland. Yes, I know turkey legs aren’t popular with the DFB team but, maybe a buffalo or bar b q turkey leg will help persuade you to the leg side. Also, you can get those chimichangas here if you’re not a fan of big haunches of greasy meat.
I have to agreee with AJ (sorry, Breea!). While Blue Bayou is beautiful with it's setting, Cafe Orleans is superior for the Monte Cristo and that you can people watch and listen to the pirate band as they serenade on by. I go there every time I'm in Disneyland and I always sit on the patio. It's perfect!!
So my three Ribbons including a bonus sweet treat one goes first for Character dining goes to Storytellers Cafe for the more higher quality food in comparison to Goofys and Minnie's and the character interactions with the smaller dining rooms meaning more likely then not especilly if you go during a slow time like after DCA opens and before Brunch starts means you could see a character or two more then once during your visit. Second goes to Lamplight Lounge for the vibes, views and Food my personal pick is splitting the lobster nachos and potato skins with my mom and getting a Mint to be drink. And lastly is Plaza Inn cause like you said the Fried Chicken is heavenly and the deserts are so good especially when they use pound cake like there Strawberry short cake or there Peppermint Chocolate one for Christmas which isn't there this year but crossing my fingers it comes back next year. Bonus sweet treat ribbon goes to Peanut butter square found at I believe all the in park Candy shops. its like a giant Resses peanut butter cup but square and topped with peanuts
OH OH Frito KID! I think i heard he was because Lay´s and Fritocouldn´t sell the Fritos when they first came out (if iḿ wrong please kindly let me know im rather young) happy food day!
NUMBER OF TIMES THE INCREDIBLE AND DELICIOUS TIGGER TAILS WERE MENTIONED: Zero. NUMBER OF TEARS SHED: One. Also, AJ, thanks for shouting out my former Cast Member home, Goofy's Kitchen! Also also, Bria, you'd pick an "It's Lemon!" over the divine culinary intervention that is a Dole Whip? 😬 Go sit in the corner and think about what you've done.
OMG I COMPLETELY FORGOT TO say that today marks three years since I went to Walt Disney World. Sorry I forgot to say this in my comment earlier. 😪💔😢😡Please forgive me? I don't know how I could forget about three years ago today 🙄😢😪💔😡

yay! disneyland love. 👏🏻 we are dl people and i totally agree with aj: it’s cafe orleans all the way! 😄
Brunch at Paseo is top notch. Make sure to order the chilaquiles.
I miss this park a lot!!!!
The chcoco smash bar is not showing up on the pyms menu at the moment - we will be there next week and I will be crushed if we cant try one!!
They replaced this item with the Choco smash cake slice (to save money). Still good, but not as good as the bar.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone and Go Bills

How much worth buying food at Disney land or Disney food in general
What are the best places to get french fries in Disneyland? I'm very picky about French fries
What's the green drink from Lamp Light Lounge?
I Liked this interview
