I'm several hours into TOTK and it's so big I feel like I haven't done much. I'm excited to keep going with it. Idk if you planned to do a TOTK asmr gameplay but I would love that.

It just struck me that I've been watching your content for 7 years now. I don't think I've ever commented my thanks before, so I think it's time I do so now. Thank you Ben. I appreciate what you do. I think the first video of yours I saw was the video game store roleplay years ago. Yeah, the new Zelda is a lot of fun. It's probably my favorite game in the last year. I haven't been too enthused about some of the other major titles that popped out in the last few months. I have hopes for the next Final Fantasy installment, but, truth be told, I haven't liked the last two mainline titles. I've beat them all, but Twelve was the last one I remotely enjoyed. But anyway, thank you for the years of relaxation, I've rather enjoyed your rambles!

@@TheASMRGamer Ugh, the first reply I made disappeared. Anyhow, it's hard to say what would be a good entry point to the series. I began enjoying the series with the US release of FF 6, called FF 3 at the time, on SNES. I was 5 or 6 years old and loved the depth of character development, story arc, and the emotion I felt at the game's conclusion. The series got better with its depth and storytelling up until FF 12, which was lacking in many ways but was made up for with fun gameplay mechanics. The newer titles have more action oriented battles, and in the case of 15's original release (I've heard they've fixed a lot by way of DLC and patching, but I've not played it since the launch version), it is severely lacking in story. It quite literally made no sense. My personal favorites are 6, 8, and 10; though the rest of the pre-11 era is quite good. But, turn-based battles aren't for everyone and I understand that those games can be rather grindy. But, if you don't mind a solid story and relatively challenging game, I think FF 10 is a good place to start. However, if action oriented gameplay is what you're looking for, then I'd go with FF7-Remake or FF15. The former is rather linear and doesn't include the entirety of the original storyline as of yet, but it is a solid entry point for someone new to the series. The best of both worlds, I would say. Fifteen is just a bit more of an open world. You may already be aware of this, but, if not, the mainline titles aren't related in any way. Each has its own unique storyline and characters. So you don't need to play any particular one in any order unless you want to jump into the spin-off series, such as with X-2, or XIII-2, or Dirge of Cerberus. Those games peel off of FF10, 13, and 7 respectively.

Deep into the game and I love it it especially a lot more than BOTW but I’m still not really a fan of the dungeons. They don’t feel at all like traditional dungeons. They feel so small and they all have the same premise. The bosses were fun but that was the only challenging part to me.

Tears Of The Kingdom really make up for all the game industry drama gone away and they did all this game content working on a Switch of all things while most PC ports are broken.

I hate to say this but ever since I started playing Genshin, Zelda has been dead to me. I grew up playing it and finished most of the series but genshin’s storyline is just so good that zelda isn’t doing it for me anymore.
