The term Woman, actually means taken from man.
In the bible at Genesis, the story goes that Adam was created by God first and was lonely for a companion after seeing animals having mate's, so God fashioned a Woman, ( Eve) out of Adam's rib. Thus the term Wo-man, or 'taken from man'.
Women were never meant to be leaders over men, but there companion's, partner's, team mates if you will.

I think i had 2-3 women in my engineer classes, thats it. At Georgia tech they would accept women into the mechanical engineering program with 1100 sats and 3.2 gpa, when the average was 1300 and 3.8 gpa. I know because i talked about it with them, and they would admit they wouldn't get in if they were male. How tf is that equality?
I have seen under qualified women get promotions over very qualified male counterparts. Is that equality?
