The second one she used is a cake server.
It may be a cake server, but its called a pie server. Its the "Rosle Pie and Gateau Server" (from my best guess off BB&B's website)

Old habits die hard. I've tried all kinds of pie servers and the best I've ever used is a plain wood-handled, stainless steel server like the ones we used in the restaurant where I cooked. I picked it up at a local kitchen store along with a matching spread server for just a few dollars.
Personally I’ve just given up on pie plates use a tart pan with removable bottom.
Both of you women rock at cooking and baking. And Adam's reviews steers my buying decisions.

I will be looking for the Oxo pie server as I need one to cut through the store bought pies I get.
I cannot help but see how many of the recommended kitchen tools are made by Oxo. I'd never heard of them until recently. Now they're the first brand I look for.
oxo how often do they win? I would start to think the sponsored you, except I have used many of their products before you rated them and found them to be excellent.
First off I don’t need a pie server, I just take the whole pie and start to eat it eventually I’ll get through it so I don’t need a pie server I just put it back in the refrigerator until I want more. LOL, just kidding I do see the problem with pie servers and I’ve had that problem in the past. Thanks for your effort we really appreciate it.
You're kidding? That is literally what I do most of the time with pie. Most of the time, so I guess I should get a pie serve for the other times.
That second pie server looks more like an aggressive shiv, or perhaps a tiny machete. Who in their right mind would design a pie server like that?

I know I saw this just a month or two ago. What's up with the repeats???
Some clips get reuploaded, but most are released as whole episodes first (before they are edited into individual segments). I know that I've had déjà vu while watching these segments because I'd already seen the entire episode.
@@charlesmcmanus4229 Many of the recent product tests and tastings are repeats from just a month or two ago. Ok, not many - ALL of the recent ones. And not from whole episodes. I don't know what they think they're accomplishing. It's like creating a cookbook and duplicating recipes again in a few pages.

The OXO Is the one we have and it works very well. But what I don’t have is that delicious looking apple pie. I’m not sure it was very fair for you to use such a gorgeous Pie and not provide samples maybe. However, this report really should’ve been done on Pi day. 3/14

Why bother let me just save my time and just buy an OXO. Seems that product is Always the winner.
Probably has something to do with the fact that the wife of the person who started Oxo had arthritis in her hands, and he decided to design kitchen tools that were easier to use for people with grip strength issues.
Yeah. I’m sensing a pattern. Either OXO truly engineers the best products or it owns part of ATK. Personally, I’ve always been happy with my OXO gadgets so I’m thinking it’s the former.

Oxo products are just great. I love mine. But really, a non-stick pie plate? Say it with me - "Non-stick is evil." Can't say I ever had a pie stick to Pyrex or the vintage Wear-Ever aluminum pans. How about you test something that isn't non-stick?
@@sandrah7512 I see that test. And they still ended up picking a non-stick pie plate as the winner. They even noted that it scratched when metal utensils were used (just cosmetic, you know....not like the Teflon will start to flake and come off in the crust and since it's gold you'll never notice). When in doubt, the disposable non-stick always is their winner.
Not surprised, OXO is the winner. If you look carefully, that first slice is already cut. The second slice looks like one of those "as seen on TV" commercials where the difficulty of using the other brand is rather exaggerated. Bridget has been serving food for a very long time, it's somewhat disingenuous to see her struggle like that. OXO does put out a good product, but they aren't the only ones that do.
MY pie server is a common every day fork OR if I’m home alone, my hands and a large supply of coffee…I dont share pies especially Apple pies!
