    Huh. I was just watching this as a refresher and that is a totally different method to the chap-chap I learnt way back when. I mean, the move is the same but the hips stay straight and it’s more like a pendulum action. Going to have to try this!

    I love this lessons, perfecly well explained. Any chance that you upload again the lesson 3? It is blocked for music issues I supposed and a VPN doesn't let me watch it neither.

      Hello, Arturo. Looks like it was blocked due to music. We have deleted this short part of the music and it should work later today(not yet).

    how far apart are the cones? I want to learn but cant find a measurement for the cones

    • @Inmoveskates
      @Inmoveskates  6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hello, popular is 80 CM. Slalom skaters also use 120 CM and 50 CM. I would recommend to use 80 CM and if the move is too hard, you can try on 120 CM as well. Have a good day :)

    In all of these videos you're using a rocker setup right?

    • @Inmoveskates

      Galaxy Kid yes, of course in all slalom videos.

      InMoveSkates just looked at the site... woah that's pricy even for recreational skates :p

    • @Inmoveskates
      @Inmoveskates  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello. It's not recreational, Slalom skates cost more. But there are also Freeride skates that will also good for basic slalom. Because models that starts from Seba High model it is from middle up to professional level.
      So professional models of course cost a lot :)

    • @hunterlindbert2679
      @hunterlindbert2679 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      InMoveSkates I understand the slalom skates but like there was an option for what kind of skates and I clicked on recreational and even those were out of this world expensive #sadface

    • @Inmoveskates
      @Inmoveskates  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ah, ok, I understand. Yes, this is expensive recreational and at this point not so popular. As for me, I think, better to buy Freeride than, even cheapest FRX model and have opportunity to begin your skating, start city skating and try slalom skating. So to try all and at least have good city invaders on your foots. :)

    • @hunterlindbert2679
      @hunterlindbert2679 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well I've been ICE skating since I was around 5. I know it's not the same, but it's still the same concept. I feel I'm ready for basic slalom skating, but I don't know about getting the SEBA brand. Do you think K2 free ride skates would work for beginners?

    Hi, can I do it with Fila Primo LX90 fitness rollers?

    • @Inmoveskates
      @Inmoveskates  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, you can but it will be harder because of 3 things. You have big wheels 90mm(better if 76 or 80mm) and you don't have rockerable or banana wheels/frame(76 80 80 76 for example) and your skates softer and made for recreational skating.
      If you will change the wheels to smaller size and will put to the fron and back 4mm smaller wheels it will be much easier to do.
      But don't wait to try now. Hard not means impossible. You will do it!

    Qual é a distância entre os cones ?

    • @Inmoveskates
      @Inmoveskates  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Denner Rai Freitas da Luz Hello! I used 80 CM.
      You can try 120 CM as well if some moves too hard on 80’s.
      But 80 CM its a standard.
