Great job. Those lifts are crazy expensive ! I'm thinking about installing a jk frame under my tj. I have a j8/dana44 and ford 9. Those vevor pipe stands are pretty cheap and those could probably work too.
Man awesome video I did the same but with 6x6 and cinder blocks ok an f150. Going to swap the frame on a navigator now haha had said I would never do it again and back at it. It’s amazing that you have your daughter helping you, I’ll have my three kids helping me out on this one. God bless you.
Saw this video on my homepage and caught up on the series. Looking good! Hopefully you consider the New Hampshire Oil for frame protection before you hook the body up to it. Looking forward to the next episode!
All you have to do is remove the shifting linkage and move the arm with your hand into neutral. It’s not hard, or put it in Neutral before removing the body.

@@Will_JJHP I’m on NHOU website right now!
Great job, now put it back… in your sandals!
Дочь молодец! Стапель прикольный!
flip flop life.... seen that. 🤣
I did the same thing to remove the body on the humvee but I mounted trailer Jack's in each corner
That’s a great idea!
Yes sir!!!
I'd consider renting a fork lift for a day on each end of the body removal/installation.
Hey man nice video, quick q, what did you have to remove and disconnect from the whole jeep to remove the body of the frame ?
All the body bolts, the wiring harness to the motor, grounds to the aprons etc, and the filler neck for the gas tank.
Also there’s a breather for the rear differential that is the popped off the body
Enjoy watching buddy! Deano
Thanks brother!
High Fives all around, didn't crush my feet and didn't injure my young daughter!
no humans squished while frame & tub separated … 🤜🏽🤛🏽
Boom!
How did you move the frame without the body? How did you turn the key and put it in neutral or what did you do?
All you have to do is remove the shifting linkage and move the arm with your hand into neutral. It’s not hard, or put it in Neutral before removing the body.
There’s a lot more disconnect in other than that though
Did you check offer up ?
I did but mostly terrible and they want to way too much…
With current lumber prices, you trade those 4x4 for a new Jeep. :)
😆
What engine hoist do you have?
Pittsburgh harbor freight one
Why did you do it lol😂
Go Gators!
