Kyle this was rather disappointing. I was looking forward to your thoughts on the new land because its clear Universal is making great moves right now! I understand comparing it to Disney, I do as well. However, you have to move away the bias and do a little bit of research. I think you might come to find a growth in viewers and reception if you cover Universal more. Just try your best to keep an open mind instead of going in with such a one sided mindset.

Hi Kyle. A bit disappointed in your review of Dreamworks. Wished you would have done a bit more research. This area is great for kids and a break for the parents. The Shrek slide farts when you go down. Ths live show is great-too bad you missed it. The roller coaster is ths old Woody Woodpecker's now themed to Trolls. Im a Disney person but looking forward to Epic.
He does this at Animal Kingdom as well. He fails to show the entire amount of stuff to do. Instead, he's not interested in the safari and the animals featured throughout the park so therefore there's nothing to do.
Saying that you don't go to Universal because you can't relate to any of the movies/characters is such a bad excuse because me along with countless others have no idea about any of these IPs -- we're just here for the fun. Like do you really go to Disney to see those characters? You don't wanna be those guys that say "omg there's pooh, there's peter pan!"
I enjoy your videos but the constant talking about Disney at Universal gets a little old. They are 2 different parks and don’t need to be compared. We don’t need the constant reminder that you are a Disney fan, it’s ok to talk about Universal without bringing it up. I think the videos could be better by just going and giving your honest opinion about the new areas (with a little research done beforehand) and not comparing them or saying “this coming from a Disney fan”. We all understand you love Disney but there is no point going to other parks to review them if you are going to constantly be talking about Disney.

I use to be the same way until I did my research and finally realized that universal is the best and is making big moves while Disney isn’t improving on anything…don’t get me started on genie plus and lightning lane once I saw what universal has with there line passes I was shocked

@FighterChamp. I grew up in LA so I'm definitely a fan of Disney, but out of all my trips to Florida package we had for Universal, Islands of Adventure & Volcano Bay was by far the best. Stayed at Sapphire Falls. Can't wait to book a package for Epic Universe!

I've been subscribed for a long time, but kinda got over that whole Disney phase like a year or 2 ago and mainly here for your house/travel videos now. You gotta realize that your subscribers are growing with you too. Not everybody stays a Disney fan forever. I must say… the reason I started seeing Kyle was because the variety of content of Orlando’s different parks but unfortunately he has become a Disney fan 110%. As someone who grew up going to Universal, these disney adults who are so obsessed with disney and cant enjoy Universal for what it is are weirdos. My personal opinion is that the first ticket system isn’t perfect, BUT makes sense to at least kinda lower crowds so people can get on rides, buy more food, and just not get trampled over. I also believe more people are going to spend time exclusively at Universal when this theme park opens since its hotels, foods, and express passes are cheaper. I do believe Disney is in trouble taking into account all the perks that use to be there but no longer are like free magic bands, free shuttles to and from the airport, and free express passes when staying on property, and a lot more
If this was suposed to be informative, you failed. Youre treating Universal's Dremaworks land like you do Animal Kingdom. Theres so much to do and if youre so stuck up to avoid "kiddy" areas youre missing out on half the parks. If youre only focused on adult stuff then say that. How many of your viewers have kids?

Nothing wrong with leaving the bubble. In all the years going to Disney and Universal, I have never been to Sea World. The one thing that will come out of the Universal expansion is the Disney has to match by adding a 5th gate and or expansion of each park by a lot. Sorry to say, but Disney might start loosing market share. Will we still go to Disney, yes but Universal will have more of a draw for now…
We went to sea world at Christmas last year and loved it! I was surprised just how much! We always just go to Universal and Disney. I definitely would build in a day for SeaWorld!

We grew up/old with disney but now we all love to come down to the univ parks .. disney lost the magic .. maybe the new owners / management will bring it back
The 3 day ticket makes perfect sense if you are not a local. As you are guaranteed to get to the park . I would imagine that universal wants to get as many people who are not local to come to epic universe as people who are not local probably spend more money than locals as they will stay in universal hotels and eat in the on site restaurants.
I agree! Gives everyone a chance to go and not just locals who want to go and “be the first “ and not really spend money like people from out of state will. So I’m all for the 3 day ticket with 1 guaranteed day at Epic. Plus no offense to vloggers but I wanna enjoy my first time at epic universe and not have 30,000 vloggers there ruining rides and shows with talking and recording. So this kinda ticket will keep some of that out and let everyone enjoy it.
I still have faith that Universal will have something for pass members. They have always treated pass holders well and usually a lot better than Disney does.

The initial 'package' that includes Epic, isn't JUST a 3 day pass, it's a 'vacation package'... that means it includes hotel stay. And the '3 day' is the minimum. Kyle gonna need a 3 day 'staycation' to buy an epic ticket in the initial drop.

Seeing that huge parking lot and vast traffic makes me so glad that we stay at Aventura when we go to Universal. We go most Februarys and it’s pretty affordable. But there’s a gorgeous palm tree lined winding path that takes you straight up to city walk, next to Margaritaville. Painless.
I love universal its my favorite park! Growing up I would not go often to Disney I chose to spend weekend with my cousins but when my folks would wake me up on a Saturday and say we’re going to universal today did u want to go or go to grandmas I would always go to universal studios. Moving back down spring 2025 but to Sarasota area I grew up in Tarpon Springs and I can’t wait as an adult to wake up on a Saturday and say hmmm which park do I want to visit today lol! Can’t wait!
Nice to hear the opening jingle again. As for the tickets to Epic Universe, they're probably going to experiment with a few different things and see what works best. My guess? They'll eventually settle on letting you buy tickets specifically for multi-day entry to EU. Or include it as part of their overall admission; admittedly, I haven't had a chance yet to visit Universal since moving to FL (may do a mini vacation for my birthday, though), so I'm unfamiliar with their ticket structure. I'm not sure why you're worried about the cost of tickets, though. Can't be that much more than a three-day cruise or similar. And I would imagine Universal wouldn't price people out of the new experience. The smarter bet is they'll keep the prices low(ish) so word of mouth can spread. Anyway, the kids area looks fun enough for, well, kids. Came fault them for the theme. And hey, who doesn't love splashing around? It's fun! Overall, I think there's a define Disney bias vibe in this video, and that's okay. It's fine to have a preference. That said, given the general direction I feel you're wanting to take with your channel, I'd advise trying to be a little more objective. Personally, I'm looking forward to eventually sampling Universal simply because it's new to me. But I'll also gladly take a Disney Weekend for all the attractions I haven't experienced since my last visit in.. 2006? Yikes, i feel old now.
I wish you would have walked over by the slides in the Shrek area it sounds like farting when you slide down…I was kinda surprised that the land was sooooo interactive!! Honestly I liked the old play area better in my opinion!!
I think that there will be Passholder previews for Epic Universe. It’ll let us go once without buying the three day package and will give them more time to test before they open. They are definitely gonna wanna do a lot of previews for team members, passholders, etc to get all the kinks worked out and get the park in the best shape possible before opening.

Yeah, Disney won't give you any of their perks if you say anything nice about universal, right? I'm a DVC member and loved disney! Well, that is, until disney betrayed their fan base. They are no longer safe for my kids, and I can't imagine letting my kids watch disney plus unattended. I don't enjoy Disney's constant bombardment of my children with "THE MESSAGE." I don't appreciate my amusement park trying to indoctrinate my children.

Disney has low wait times because people like me have given up on Disney parks! They wish they had sixty minute wait times on rides. But one thing disney does have are $16.00 dollar hamburgers and $11.00 dollar canned beers. And $5 bottles of water. You can easily spend a $100 per person for food and drink at Disney in a day. So factor that into your time at Disney parks. $400 a day for a family of 4 for food and drinks.
Yes I went to epcot center to see the new additions they made. Sadly they removed the air conditioning in their new editions. Much missed in florida's balmy 100-degree weather. I guess that these additions were made by architects at Disneyland on the West Coast, where it's 70° year round.
I wonder how they will handle the major hotel guests pack tickets. If I am paying the price for that hotel , should I get to buy daily passes for my stay!
The 3 day ticket makes a load of sense if you’re are not local. Get people to be at universal instead of Disney and not just visit for epic. They haven’t said that something won’t be offered for passholders, that info is still to come. Appreciate as you say you are a Disney vlogger but at least do some research before you go? I’ve seen a few vlogs about dreamworks land and feel I know much more than you and I’m not even there! If you want to try and get on the media lists at universal your going to have to do a much better job with these videos and stop banging on about Disney

I am a Disney fan I just came back from Disney in May last year I went to universal studios I stayed at Cabana Bay I love that place I love that Cabana Bay better than the Disney Resort but I am a Disney fan I want to go to the new park Epic I don't know how those tickets work someone told me I'm going to have to buy a separate ticket to go to that Park I'll have to wait and see when it opens I'm not planning on going until 2026 I want to make sure that Park is open when I go thank you for the video you did a really good job
I am a fan of both parks different experiences for both. I stay onsite in both theme parks currently I prefer Universal but once I have grandkids I would prefer Disney
The only thing Disney is killing Universal at is their cruise line. Then in that sector Royal is killing them. But to be fair, Royal has been in the cruising game way longer than Disney. Disney is hurting, their imagination some how went Poof! Cheers!

I’ve always been a Disney fan but for the past 10 years I’ve felt like Universal has become stiff competition for Disney and they need to step it up.
Take a breath, Kyle. The ticket plan you talked about was strictly for third party ticket sellers - not for purchasing from Universal. They have made it clear that passholders will be accommodated with a later announcement.

My personal opinion is that the first ticket system isn’t perfect, BUT makes sense to at least kinda lower crowds so people can get on rides, buy more food, and just not get trampled over. I also believe more people are going to spend time exclusively at Universal when this theme park opens since its hotels, foods, and express passes are cheaper. I do believe Disney is in trouble taking into account all the perks that use to be there but no longer are like free magic bands, free shuttles to and from the airport, and free express passes when staying on property, and a lot more
If this was suposed to be informative, you failed. Youre treating Universal's Dremaworks land like you do Animal Kingdom. Theres so much to do and if youre so stuck up to avoid "kiddy" areas youre missing out on half the parks. If youre only focused on adult stuff then say that. How many of your viewers have kids?

The one thing that will come out of the Universal expansion is the Disney has to match by adding a 5th gate and or expansion of each park by a lot. Sorry to say, but Disney might start loosing market share. Will we still go to Disney, yes but Universal will have more of a draw for now…
We went to sea world at Christmas last year and loved it! I was surprised just how much! We always just go to Universal and Disney. I definitely would build in a day for SeaWorld!

We grew up/old with disney but now we all love to come down to the univ parks .. disney lost the magic .. maybe the new owners / management will bring it back
The 3 day ticket makes perfect sense if you are not a local. As you are guaranteed to get to the park . I would imagine that universal wants to get as many people who are not local to come to epic universe as people who are not local probably spend more money than locals as they will stay in universal hotels and eat in the on site restaurants.
I agree! Gives everyone a chance to go and not just locals who want to go and “be the first “ and not really spend money like people from out of state will. So I’m all for the 3 day ticket with 1 guaranteed day at Epic. Plus no offense to vloggers but I wanna enjoy my first time at epic universe and not have 30,000 vloggers there ruining rides and shows with talking and recording. So this kinda ticket will keep some of that out and let everyone enjoy it.
I still have faith that Universal will have something for pass members. They have always treated pass holders well and usually a lot better than Disney does.

The initial 'package' that includes Epic, isn't JUST a 3 day pass, it's a 'vacation package'... that means it includes hotel stay. And the '3 day' is the minimum.
Kyle gonna need a 3 day 'staycation' to buy an epic ticket in the initial drop.

Seeing that huge parking lot and vast traffic makes me so glad that we stay at Aventura when we go to Universal. We go most Februarys and it’s pretty affordable. But there’s a gorgeous palm tree lined winding path that takes you straight up to city walk, next to Margaritaville. Painless.

I love universal its my favorite park! Growing up I would not go often to Disney I chose to spend weekend with my cousins but when my folks would wake me up on a Saturday and say we’re going to universal today did u want to go or go to grandmas I would always go to universal studios. Moving back down spring 2025 but to Sarasota area I grew up in Tarpon Springs and I can’t wait as an adult to wake up on a Saturday and say hmmm which park do I want to visit today lol! Can’t wait!

As for the tickets to Epic Universe, they're probably going to experiment with a few different things and see what works best. My guess? They'll eventually settle on letting you buy tickets specifically for multi-day entry to EU. Or include it as part of their overall admission; admittedly, I haven't had a chance yet to visit Universal since moving to FL (may do a mini vacation for my birthday, though), so I'm unfamiliar with their ticket structure.
I'm not sure why you're worried about the cost of tickets, though. Can't be that much more than a three-day cruise or similar. And I would imagine Universal wouldn't price people out of the new experience. The smarter bet is they'll keep the prices low(ish) so word of mouth can spread.
Anyway, the kids area looks fun enough for, well, kids. Came fault them for the theme.
And hey, who doesn't love splashing around? It's fun!
Overall, I think there's a define Disney bias vibe in this video, and that's okay. It's fine to have a preference. That said, given the general direction I feel you're wanting to take with your channel, I'd advise trying to be a little more objective.
Personally, I'm looking forward to eventually sampling Universal simply because it's new to me. But I'll also gladly take a Disney Weekend for all the attractions I haven't experienced since my last visit in.. 2006?

I think that there will be Passholder previews for Epic Universe. It’ll let us go once without buying the three day package and will give them more time to test before they open. They are definitely gonna wanna do a lot of previews for team members, passholders, etc to get all the kinks worked out and get the park in the best shape possible before opening.

Yeah, Disney won't give you any of their perks if you say anything nice about universal, right? I'm a DVC member and loved disney! Well, that is, until disney betrayed their fan base. They are no longer safe for my kids, and I can't imagine letting my kids watch disney plus unattended. I don't enjoy Disney's constant bombardment of my children with "THE MESSAGE." I don't appreciate my amusement park trying to indoctrinate my children.

Disney has low wait times because people like me have given up on Disney parks! They wish they had sixty minute wait times on rides. But one thing disney does have are $16.00 dollar hamburgers and $11.00 dollar canned beers. And $5 bottles of water. You can easily spend a $100 per person for food and drink at Disney in a day. So factor that into your time at Disney parks. $400 a day for a family of 4 for food and drinks.
It’s obvious why they are doing a 3day 3park ticket because they won’t want a huge decline in visits to their other parks.
Yes I went to epcot center to see the new additions they made. Sadly they removed the air conditioning in their new editions. Much missed in florida's balmy 100-degree weather. I guess that these additions were made by architects at Disneyland on the West Coast, where it's 70° year round.
I wonder how they will handle the major hotel guests pack tickets. If I am paying the price for that hotel , should I get to buy daily passes for my stay!

Epic Universe opening depends on completion of the main highway to enter the park.
The 3 day ticket makes a load of sense if you’re are not local. Get people to be at universal instead of Disney and not just visit for epic. They haven’t said that something won’t be offered for passholders, that info is still to come. Appreciate as you say you are a Disney vlogger but at least do some research before you go? I’ve seen a few vlogs about dreamworks land and feel I know much more than you and I’m not even there! If you want to try and get on the media lists at universal your going to have to do a much better job with these videos and stop banging on about Disney

I am a Disney fan I just came back from Disney in May last year I went to universal studios I stayed at Cabana Bay I love that place I love that Cabana Bay better than the Disney Resort but I am a Disney fan I want to go to the new park Epic I don't know how those tickets work someone told me I'm going to have to buy a separate ticket to go to that Park I'll have to wait and see when it opens I'm not planning on going until 2026 I want to make sure that Park is open when I go thank you for the video you did a really good job
I am a fan of both parks different experiences for both. I stay onsite in both theme parks currently I prefer Universal but once I have grandkids I would prefer Disney
