@@RedzwanulHuq Good question, IMO I think it's better to style transfer first > enhance that way you're upscaling the transfered one and getting a higher res of the output stylized image. I don't think there's anything wrong doing it the way you suggested, other than it may take longer to transfer because it's higher res. I'm sure the difference is probably negligible between quality and time but worth a test!
