I haven't started the reading yet - I've really enjoyed the issues you have brought up so far. I'm 68 & my older brother is 70. He's not impressed by Biden, so we are on opposing sides of the fence. I wonder how he would feel if his 17yr old granddaughter was sexually assaulted and became pregnant from such an encounter, was denied her care of choice, and what their solution would be, especially if there were no foster or adoption options available because of a flooded market? They are a very Christian family & very close, but the points you brought up are very pertinent & important. Thank you. Now on to tarot!

You can build a wall at the southern border but they better install seismic detectors because the Mexicans are excellent tunnel engineers. They’re the best. Even still the Mexicans are the most resourceful people in the world. They will find a way through, over, under, or around. So I say let’s make it humane and reasonably smooth to allow them to cross. Most only want to work the jobs Americans won’t do. Without them agriculture will crash and one carrot will cost $5.00. Cars won’t get washed, hotels won’t get cleaned, roofs won’t get tarred, fruit & vegetables won’t get picked and packaged, the horse racing tracks will shut down, the dairy industry will screech to a halt and milk will cost $50.00 a quart; getting the idea yet?
Guest worker programs have been mumbled about but never actually put into place. One more box truck holding 30 Mexicans and Central Americans left locked out in the desert because of crooked coyotes or fear of la migre is far too many and sickening beyond belief.
