Watching both this video and the crash. It seems to me the GPS & IMU values were not set correctly
based on the X, Y, Z axis in relation to the CG. This is something you learn with a Naza M or smaller DJI multi-rotor.
The Matrice 600 has 3 positions to place the GPS.
You would need to match the values in the assistant software to ensure you are putting GPS in the default position or measure it yourself and adjust the values based on its new position.

Looks like an IMU problem to me. I reckon you should stick to your plan the first time and not fly it until they get back to you.

+Christer Isulat dji got back to me with the first set of flight data i gave them, they said there is NO PROBLEM? they cant be serious? so i sent them this video along with the flight data of this flight. i know all my hardware is solid, software all upto date, if they dont find me a solution then looks like il need to send it back.

+Air Time Productions i have also calibrated the IMU twice now and its saying its all good. to me it seems like a flight controller problem not sending enough power to one side of the aircraft. but then it flies fine forwards but when goin backwards it does this. very strange.

+Air Time Productions check motor connections. As you can see from my videos the matrice 600 flies fine. I have also been testing the a3 since November and haven't had an issue.

+Ken Booth thanks mate. yeah i have checked all the hardware and connections and its all good, to me it seems not enough power is getting to one side of the machine, i have sent it back to wholesaler to be replaced as no one can find out why its doing it.

+Joseph Hammond i heard back from the FIRST set of flight data i sent and they said they couldn't see a problem. so i did this flight and same shit happened, i have sent the flight data again for this flight but they still can't see a problem. so its getting replaced as no one can find out why.

I am sure you must have seen the latest crash of the m600. The motors where in the wrong location as the rotation is controlled by the ESC's.
