Thx for the Guide. I decided to play a Blader (Musa in EU) because of Gender AND Playstyle. I'm a RPler and therefore i decided to play a Male. But it was also very important how the Musa fights different against a Maewha (Plum). Your Guide helped me a lot to learn the basics.
im going to assume the parry only parries melee attacks and can only parry frontal attacks while you are standstill like the warrior shield but without the warriors movement? because if it can parry everything including magic and parry while moving would make warrior nearly obsolete.

+DorrianX FOr pve pots are not need because WP is getting back by hitting with certent attacks, you only need it in pvp for movent when spamming your chase and for time you want to combos but dont have wp :)

What's with all the "can be casted while on cd but with reduced damage and loses CC component" style ? What's the point to that if you are going to spam skill without cd since they do the most damage/best rotation combo anyway on one side or just not cast it while on cd anyway since they lose damage and CC ....
As far as i could understand the main difference: - they has different basic attack - the main aoe skill is also unique: Rising storm are spamalbe, but Maehwa's red moon isn't. - Maehwa's has some extra skill for single target dmg. - So Musa in pve just get angro and kill everything with Rising Storm, while Maehwa has to use other skills. Afterall: Maehwa's is a bit better for small scale pvp (1v1?), but harder to lvl. Is it right?
+Patrsa SWP They're good. They always cost only 3 points per rank and give useful stats. I don't know which classes have less useful passives, but as far as I know the classes I've seen all have good passives (War/Valk get HP and Defense per rank, Berserker gets Crit Chance, etc.).

I was thinking that a samurai class would be perfect for this game since it already has ninjas/kunoichis. Guess the Warrior will have to do for now, since knights are the second coolest swordsmen after Samurai :).

I guess they'll be releasing each update like they did in Korea. When BDO first launched there weren't as many classes as we got when it first launched here. Did that make sense?

+Gašper Čarman Correct me but I'm wrong, but you /could/ just farm up money on your -- let's say Warrior -- Warrior, stick it in a warehouse, and claim it on your Blader when they release it. So while you can't farm for a weapon beforehand, you can farm for the cash to buy a top-quality one, with the stones to enchant it to boot!
Thorson Wong yes it's possible to do so warehouse is shared between all character on the same server so you can farm both black stones and money and armor before it comes out
If I play this class, I'll choose the female version. I generally create more female characters than male ones and the Plum has the most awesome armors out of all the female classes. I also like the petal effects on her abilities. ^^ So basically I prefer her aesthetics over the male ones - it's the other way around for the Warrior/Valkyrie classes, so my preferred male melee class would be warrior anyway. ; )
I like the style, but I won't play any of them I like hard heavy hitting class or something like caster. Sorc video would be so needed for me as I think I test sorc next...
A thing just hit me.. Your definition of a guide is far from what mine is. A guide to me is supposed to tell me from the creators perspective what skills I should prioritize, what gear I need/what stat is the most important one. What you are doing in your "Class guides" is more of a class overview. Dont get me wrong however, I do really enjoy your content.
+Kilkeen There are no real "guides" out there being that there are very few sets of armor in the game most classes will run 1 particular set. As for skills it really seems to be about what you enjoy. What works for some may not work for others.

And no one can actually tell you that. He did go over gear, and as you might know BDO doesn't have that many options to go for when choosing (at least compared to other MMO's where gear is level based and where the end game has at least 3-4 different sets and 10 different viable weapons). Ultimately, some people have made guides for their "play styles" and they share their skill choices and gear choices. But even the most successful PvP'ers in their respective class might be able to improve with a different set of skill choices. I get it, we wanted his skill setup and choice for PvE and PvP respectively. But I'm not sure Hakurai has indepth guides, because I'm not sure he has fully mastered a class yet. At least not to the point where he would make a tutorial about it. I suppose it depends on what you want out of the game.
+milos ilic Check Forums, under news there was a video posted a Q&A recently. They did not announce when it was going to be released. My guess is with the Mediah update. which they have changed from "Soon" to "Very Soon" speculations about Mediah update seem to lay on the start of April, as its a major update there is a chance to get the Ninja/Blader class at that point.

How good is the sustain on the blader as far as pve goes? do you have to pot as much as sorc or ranger?

so if i use cyclone smash i can knock up my enemies? that would give me more enemies to fight :D

plum skills looks way more cooler then bladers.
+milos ilic plums look a lot more elegant while bladers look a lot more rougher and violent.. but i chose bladers instead for the tornados :P|

+Azro akimoto The horn bow is really just there for grappling. If you want a ranged physical damage class, go with the Ranger.
