"ถั่วแปบ" (tua-pab) = Mung bean rice crepe. The crepe is made from glutinous rice flour and then filled with steamed mung bean inside. After perfectly steamed, it is finally coated outside again with steamed mung bean or shredded coconut. Tua Pab is always served with a sprinkle of sweet mixture which is made of sesame seeds, sugar and salt.
