this is interesting, but I do not know what the meaning of group A and group B in that Petri disk (maybe I couldn't catch your explanation). would you like to put in into your description?

Beta-hemolytic streptococci are classified into group names. S. pyogenes is referred to as group A, and S. agalactiae as group B.
